The operator was able to give me a link to get into my site editor but wasn't able to understand that the link that I should be able to click from the dashboard wasn't working. It is now, thankfully, not sure what the problem was but I had wanted hostgator to be aware of the problem at the time, not sure if it was ever reported that it hadn't been working.
It was prompt, courteous and professional. Very different from the experience we had with a previous hosting service.

Email is increasing spotty. Financial institutions have reported my email addresses bounce back as undeliverable. I suspect the servers are just over whelmed. No good.
