Awful, this individual was a bully. Made me pay my invoice almost one month early (due 12-11-2022) when my account is on auto pay with cc on file. I said if I paid the bill now before auto pay then the bill payment on the due date would probably duplicate. He/she said I'd need to remove my cc from the auto pay! I don't want to do that as I want to auto pay each year. He/She wouldn't assist me until I paid it. I paid the bill and then she/he said I didn't need to pay. Now the bill payment will likely duplicate because this nasty individual was such a bully. Hostgator you need to fix this issue with your tech support reps. This is the 2nd time I've had a rude arrogant tech rep. No one deserves treatment like this.

Your support team is the best, always willing to help, polite and are your top selling point, other include your cpanel which is top notch and user friendly too.
However, the only problem I have is the limited payment method, I suggest you integrate crypto payment to make payment more convenient as it's widely used, the new trend and the future.

Disappointing - My website was hacked 2 weeks ago and you recommended Sitelock to unlock it so I upgraded for 3 years and still after 2 weeks I still do not have a website and my subdomains which hold portals for online courses are still locked. I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance towards me having a website and subdomains up and running and still I have nothing.
