I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. The company uses third-party services, and the bouquet I ordered was vastly different from the photo and description on the website. The flowers were of such poor quality that my wife refused to accept the delivery, knowing they were not what I would have chosen. She immediately informed me of the issue and returned the bouquet to the delivery driver. It was then disclosed that the flowers originated from a grocery store florist. When I contacted the company for a refund, they only reimbursed the delivery fee. I strongly advise against using this service. This included photo cost $110
I ordered a floral from this website to be delivered at the hospital. What was sent was a huge disappointment, it didn't even resemble the floral arrangement that I had purchased. The roses were browning, the stems on the carnations were broken, and half the flowers were cut too short and were below the vase. There was also an over abundance of greenery, and clearly less flowers. When I reached out to them, they sent me a copy of their substitution policy. I will never use them - I could have gotten a nicer arrangement and saved a lot of money if I'd gone to the grocery store.
My sister in law was at Duke for days all alone, we wanted to send her a lovely bouquet and some chocolates. Picture of chocolates was a great variety many chocolates. When you order flowers you expect one from a florist not flowers from the grocery store jammed into a vase. Plus they were two days late in delivery. I ordered at 9am Thursday for delivery, which was confirmed at 4pm to have been completed. The recipient never received anything, they called around the whole hospital. I've now spent the last 4 days messaging and calling to just get my money back at this point. Spoken to people twice, that's when they don't clearly answer the phone and send me to voice-mail. Allegedly they're working on that refund, but just save yourself the time and effort and do not use this website. I wish I would have seen these reviews first. Still unsure if this is a scam or poorly run business.
I ordered $95 dollars worth of flowers and a teddy bear for my best friend who is currently hospitalized. I submitted my order on Monday at 2pm so didn't expect for them to be delivered until today. However, today came & went and she never received her delivery. If the delivery was just late, I would not have minded. Instead I spent today calling the company 5 separate times- each time I get an automated response stating "we are busy helping other customers, please leave your name, phone number, and invoice number." I have done so all 5 times and never received a call back. I also never received a confirmation email as stated on their website. BUT, the company was sure to take out the $95 from my bank account today.no surprise there I will never use this company or recommend them again.
1) Order placed. 2) $77.09 was deducted from my bank account. 3) Email received from the company: No Florist Available in Area along with the statement No additional charge for delivery (that you already paid for) to go to an address (you didn't request). Really? 4) I left a message on their customer service voicemail (no return call received). 5) I submitted an online refund request (no response). 6) Next day, I requested Pay Pal intervention. At this time, I could have driven to Sam's Club spending $17.99 on a similar arrangement, get-well balloons, and candy for the hospital staff, all for half of what I paid for the lesson I learned. My $77.09 was refunded after the patient left the hospital.
I ordered flowers for my sister down in TX and paid nearly $100 to delivered the next day as I ordered them the night before. I called once and they told me the flowers were sent 20 minutes ago, and I should get an email and/or text they were delivered. Four hours later, I haven't received anything and called twice to get another update. No one is answering. It is a good thing I used Paypal and divided up the payment so I could dispute the transaction. I will get my money back. Y'all, this is a highly designed scam to make money off of our sympathy and worry towards loved ones. Do not fall for it. Just call a local florist instead.

I count no more than five flowers in it. Five! They charged me basically $15 a stem. Also, 5 stems is less than half the number of flowers in the arrangement I ordered. I'm honestly embarrassed that my friend got such a stingy, strange arrangement after her surgery. It is inexcusable. It looks like the florist picked 4 totally random flower types they had on hand and stuck them in no particular way into a tiny vase (see the size compared to the card) and called it good. This is a racket. I'm very disappointed and would like a refund or an acceptable replacement sent to my friend.
Despicable and deceitful company! Paid almost $100 for flowers to be sent to a Boston hospital and received an email stating they could not be delivered. Bothe family and hospital said there were NO restrictions on deliveries. No answer on phone or response to email. Reviews on other sites all 1 star and I would give ZERO if that was an option. Have to dispute this charge and cancel my debit. Ridiculous!
I live in TX and my aunt in WV was having surgery. I ordered an expensive bouquet they advertised, it cost $139 by the the time it was supposed to be delivered to the hospital. I was contacted that a couple major flowers it this specialty arrangement were unavailable, so I said they could tint the hydrangeas and sub roses for the freesia. What they sent had NO roses at all! When I called and wanted a partial refund, they refunded me $10. What a rip off this company is!
The name is deceiving -- on purpose. You're NOT dealing with a hospital gift shop. Ordered flowers for my daughter. Promised to deliver today. My daughter said they were in the lobby but wouldn't bring them up, asking if they could deliver them to her home four days later. That was acceptable to her, but not to me. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. Scam!
I ordered balloons for my daughter in law's first baby delivery. Placed the order lat Friday evening for Saturday delivery. Today is Monday and still no delivery. My Son, daughter in law and grandbaby went home without the balloons and message. The site never contacted me to let me know they were unable to fulfill the order. I called them twice, no one answers, left messages. Horrible experience!
There is no one to answer calls or a port to track and order. When they supposedly went to deliver, they claime the hospital didn't allow deliveries. They never even told me this until i sent a message because my friend never received anything. I called the hospital and was told they had to go to a different entrance and give to security. They still never delivered anything and as of 54 hours later not delivered and now friend was released and home.
Said they delivered to the hospital on base. I ordered a new baby arrangement with fruit. First they sent me an AI text asking if they could substitute but didn't say what. I had to contact the seller. They also said they didn't deliver to the address provided - even though their website said they did deliver to the hospital base. They wanted to substitute the edible arrangement for flowers. If I wanted flowers, I would have ordered flowers. Now it's too late for me to order anything to be sent to the hospital. Not happy!
Well after talking with hospital gifts they said my gift would be delivered by 12 noon it didn't arrive until 2:30 pm second they forgot the balloon and the teddy bear that says welcome baby boy the only thing my neice got was the edible arrangements we payed for a package of edibles.teddy bear and balloons they told me take a picture log on customer service portal and submit it for my refund of teddy bear and balloon I told the lady do you know my niece is in the hospital because she gave birth it looks like I just sent her fruit they told me we can still send them too her house I was like you don't get the point so you I'm calling my bank for a full refund

I purchased flowers for 4495 with tax and delivery it added up to be $65 they delivered a bouquet that looks like a 9.99 order from The grocery store. Instead of sending flowers to the service ask your loved one who lives local in the area to do it. Please see the the pictures for the 44.95 arrangement show a wide array of flowers what eas delivered was about 12 flowers and a sprig. Two thumbs down stay away from this site
I purchased flowers via Paypal. The charge went to paypal, but I never received an order number. After contacting customer support online and via email over 6 times, I never received a resolution. Each time they said they'd submit it for review even though they acknowledged the error. Terrible customer service. I finally submitted a complaint through Paypal to get me refund.

Day 2: they called me claiming flowers were delivered. Day 2 again: An hour later they sent an email claiming patient was not in the hospital and they wanted a different address for delivery. (She was in the hospital and room I had given them.) Day 3: nothing. Day 4: I called to find that they did not deliver due to a flat tire. They never informed me of non-delivery until I made the call. They should have kept me informed. This outfit gave unprofessional, non-service. I expected and paid for flowers to be delivered to a hospitalized elderly relative in a timely manner. However, I had to place an order with a real florist to get it done. My advice is to avoid problems and order local!
IF I could give negative stars I would. I ordered flowers from this site on Monday thinking it went to the local hospital shop. It does NOT. I picked and arrangement that was a part of there same day delivery options and paid fee for same day. Flowers did not show up on Monday as ordered. I reached out and received email back that it would go out next day, Tuesday. No delivery was made on Tuesday. I reached out again Wednesday morning and informed them recipient was being discharged that day from hospital delivery needed to be first thing that morning. They responded with delivery's are made in the afternoon. My friend is now being discharged on day three with no flowers that should have showed up on day one of her hospital stay. I have requested a refund and have not heard back yet.
I was a bit worried after reading so many negative reviews but decided to give it a try anyway since we live about 4 hours away from our 4 year old nephew and really wanted to make him feel better. I ordered a stuffed animal and rainbow balloon bouquet at about 7pm. The stuffed animal got there the following morning and the balloons arrived at about 5 pm. They were from two different vendors apparently. Anyhow it was nice that they were able to be delivered to his room. I'm very happy with the service.
