I ordered as I assumed it was a gift shop affiliated with the hospital! I paid for next day delivery and the delivery never showed up the patient I was sending them to is being released and still no delivery. Was told my refund is getting processed. Very disappointing Guess it was my fault for assuming it would be more safe to order from a service that describes themself as a hospital gift shop!
We ordered flowers for a colleague who had a baby. It was supposed to be special and beautiful. We were stunned as she sent us the picture of the flowers she received. You can see what was shown online and what was actually delivered. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Did not deliver what was ordered. I ordered the best ($20.00 more) version of a bouquet. The normal delivery version had 11 carnations and plentiful purple flowers (I don't know their name). The best version delivered (supposed to be more flowers) had 5 stems of the purple flower and six carnations. When I called customer service I got comeone who spoke in broken english (this was in regard to the delivery - it had been more than 24 hours since I ordered and it had not been delivered). I e-mail customer service about the quality of what was delivered versus what was sold. Their only interest seemed to be in defending the florist, not in making sure that their contractor did a decent job. Steer clear of these folks, they are not reputable.
I was nervous after seeing reviews. But I received all my order, delivery emails in a timely manner. And they said delivery time and my husband received them to his room at exactly time said. This was to a Boston hospital
Placed same day order that was not delivered. When I inquired, I was put into a generic voicemail twice and then received an email stating they had issues finding a local florist designer that can deliver to hospital and due to covid they were having issues. I found a florist directly across the street from the hospital that delivered within an hour. This company should be ashamed, they did not notify me that there was a delay. The blame it on COVID excuse it getting old. I and recommend you DON'T use this company.
The person I was sending a gift to in the hospital had been moved to a rehab facility. Their customer service people notified me via email and said they would redeliver to a different address if provided... NO EXTRA CHARGE! Amazing customer support! I found the rehab address and my gift was delivered the next day as promised!
Same day beside delivery didn't happen even though I emailed the room number. When my loved one did finally received her flowers it was a great disappointment. The photo on the website is grossly over exaggerated. I paid $75+ for a bouquet that clearly had a dozen long stem roses and a dozen alstramarium of the same color, yellow, called the Sunshine Bouquet. My loved one received a short very small vase with 4, that's right FOUR roses and 2 bunches of alstramarium. IT WAS PATHETIC! I was so embarrassed and I will tell everyone I know until the end of time never to order from here!
Do not order from them! I placed and order and they did not deliver until end of next day because they claimed that I gave them the wrong address to the hospital when I know I clearly gave them the correct address. I complained to customer service and apparently, they have no customer service!
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY WITH THIS SITE! I have been trying to contact this company for a few hours. I have sent emails and sat on hold. My flowers were not delivered and my friend was discharged early so I want the flowers sent to her home. However, there is no way to get a hold of anyone... at all besides leaving a voicemail?
I was under the impression that I was ordering from the hospital not a 3rd party service.

I should have read the reviews first. I received confirmation for my order Friday at 2:30. Same day deliveries require order be in before 1:00, but no problem it will be delivered the next day right? Wrong! Monday night at 6 I received a notice from them that the person had been discharged and they would have to reroute the flowers. Of course they have been discharged - It's been three days! Now that I read some of the other reviews I wonder what the quality will be like. I would not use these folks again and can't recommend them. I saved a few dollars but it wasn't worth it. Pay the extra and have someone else do the work right.
I ordered a plant for a friend in the hospital over a week ago and it still has not been delivered. I have been told the following: the hospital did not accept them, we can not leave them with a nurse, they were delivered (but they came back and said they werent), they were lost somewhere in the hospital... Each time I call they are going to be delivered tomorrow. They have NEVER returned a call for a delay or explanation. The customer has to continue to inquire. This is ridiculous. DO NOT USE! I have never experienced anything like this!
Experience with this site was horrible. Ordered flowers for friend in hospital. Site claims same day delivery. Did not happen. Called customer service. Said order was placed after cutoff time (not true). Said they would deliver next day.
Next day, still no delivery. Called customer service and they claimed they tried delivery but hospital was "closed"! What hospital is ever "closed"? Called hospital to ask what happens after primary business hours if delivery is attempted? Hospital says front desk is staffed 7x24 and always receives deliveries.
What was ordered for me is not what I received. Not only was it the wrong bouquet of balloons,, but they sent half of it in a plastic bag unattached to the main bouquet and not inflated. They refused to make it right saying "the hospital front desk received it as is so we aren't libel" How is the front desk of a hospital going to know whats coming and for who. This place is a scam and thieves.
If there were 0 stars, I would give them a zero. The operator lied over and over again saying that they have made attempts to deliver flowers two days in a row but it was too late. I have placed the order while I was out of the country at 11am (EST) on Saturday and on Monday they were telling me that they still didnt deliver it. Funny enough, my friend has checked out on Sunday. They claim that they deliver same day if the order is placed before 12pm (EST). I have called the company 5 times in one day and no one returned my call, nor did they reply to my emails. There customer service is horrible! They also have an answering service that takes your information and claims they will call you back. I cant believe this company is still in business!
They took the time to go step by step with me when we hit a road block (completely my fault, not theirs). I spoke to several people there and every one of them was pleasant and very helpful!
I ordered flowers and 2 items for my mother who was in the hospital. My two items were refunded and I had to send an email asking just what exactly I received a refund for. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, three days later they never showed up. 1st phone call I was told the flowers would be sent to my home. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Second email I asked for a tracking number. SURPRISE! They don't use tracking numbers for their flower deliveries. I finally cancelled my order after phone calls and emails. They refunded me only part of what I was charged. I had to send ANOTHER EMAIL asking for the full refund. They still wanted to charge me for shipping and taxes. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING I ORDERED SO WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SHIPPING AND TAXES! BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam, the reviewers with "Excellent" service only have 1 review... hmm... that's not a fake review at all right?

100% dissatisfied, I spent $70 to get same delivery flowers, 2 weeks later and it was never delivered. They keep saying it will be delivered 'tomorrow' and Nothing!

When you select a hospital and the hospital is not our partner on the left-hand side right next to our logo and the hospital name it will say;
Good news! This hospital is within our delivery area but this site is not endorsed by or affiliated with the listed hospital.
If the hospital is one of our partners and we have items that come down directly from the gift shop you will see a tab that says "free delivery items." Every item on that tab with have a heart picture and say "free same-day delivery."
If the item is not coming down from the gift shop we do offer to re-route the order at no additional cost to you.
