I bought a disposable vape pen that doesn't work. Purchased through Groupon. Neither Groupon or HookahTown would make things right. The whole thing was a bait and switch requiring you to go the their website to finish your order. That's when you realize you've made a bad purchase. Groupon is in on this scam.
I've purchased plenty of things from hookah town, I never had an issue with the Groupon voucher, I've never had an issue with shipping. The only reason why I'm ordering a new mod box from them is because, I constantly dropped mine and, now it doesn't work properly... if you're going to order a mystery box, just in my opinion, you really can't complain about what you get.
I bought a product of theirs through Groupon, and had also added juices to my product and never received it. I emailed and called them and never got an answer. Never got my money back. Would rate 0 stars if possible. It's been a few years and still have the pictures and no vape.
I ordered a $200 cbd mystery box which was $100. The fine print said it would take up to three weeks for delivery. I placed the order through Groupon on a Wednesday. It shipped the same day and arrived on Friday! I really enjoyed the variety of cbd items. There were vape supplies, salve, lip balm, instant coffee, all kinds of edibles, and my favorite, a cbd bath bomb! I could not have bought all the items separate for what I paid and I am very happy with my purchase!
I got it off Groupon and cringed after reading the reviews, hoping that my pen would At least work. However it's super hot out and I had a feeling it would not work. And nope. Doesnt work. Lights up but no vape. Nice. Terrible merchandise. I'm contacting Groupon about this. This company is making so much money off a product that malfunctions more than it works. That's not right. DO NOT BUY.
I have been waiting for a month and a half for my vape. First, they told me the form was not filled out correctly by me ( i'm positive it was). Now, it's stuck in San Juan for some reason, I called and they told me I have to wait longer for it to show up. This place is the worst, never again.
I purchased a $40 Mystery Box from them through Groupon for $20 it had four little tiny gummies one tea bag one coffee pod one cookie and a vape item it wasn't even worth $5 let alone $20 I paid in $40 value they brag about. Run far away from them.
Bought the disposable vape through groupon just to try it out. Pen works great and tastes great (trippy fruit flavor), but then I realized that their "500 mg formula" doesn't mean that's what's in the pen. $14 for 8.3mg of cbd isolate in the whole pen, which is about 1/3 of a single dose I'd need. Scamming with misleading labels.
I just wanted to review my positive experience from purchasing Yocan 3 in 1 vape Kit from Groupon deal. After I purchased, I started to read all of these negative reviews and began to worry I would not get my product or it would take forever. That was not the case. After I went on their site to finalize the purchase I received confirming e-mail for my order, and a shipping notice the same day. They do have a TON of extras they try to sell you on, including multiple levels of expedited shipping. I paid extra $5.99 for 5-10 day shipping instead of the free somethinmg like 7-14 day shipping to be safe. The confirming e-mail I received said processing takes up to 2 1/2 weeks! This really pissed me off but really could not do anything at this point. Luckily, that was not the case. I ordered from HookahTown on 2/8 and received the product on 2/13 - only 4 business days! Product arrived new as described and also included some cool freebies! Overall a very positive experience!
I fell for the Groupon scam. I correctly ordered using the Groupon code, and happily paid $4 extra for fast shipping. Well, they double charged my credit card, and mocked me when I told them about it. 10 days later, my order still hasn't shipped. I sent 7 emails and called 4 times, they finally replied via email, and had an attitude about me "blowing them up with emails". I AGAIN explained that they double charged me, and that since my order hasn't even SHIPPED YET, I would like a full refund. They mocked me again, and got $#*!ty with me. This "company" is pathetic, and they messed with the wrong guy this time. #TimesUp
Order an Evolve Pen through GROUP ON but there was no warning of high shipping fees if you live outside their boundaries. All sales are final from their end, although the product was never shipped. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE untransparent website. Group-on too. Lost 32.99$ Listen to the 1 and 2 star reviews. I will next time

I ordered a pen called the vapebrat and it stopped working after 2 weeks. I thought it was because I overcharged it. There was warranty on the pen and I didn't have the box or receipt. I wasn't sure if they would allow an exchange. Thanks to Nate he explained why it wasn't working and gave me another one. He also allowed me to sample 2 items in the store. Overall I give this place a thumbs up.
After a month of waiting (shipping was supposed to take 2 days via fedex), and being given a runaround by their customer service department, my order still had not arrived. I looked their business address up on google maps, and it turns out, they are located in a house in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I don't know if this site is a scam or not, but from where I'm sitting, that's definitely the way it looks. I requested that they cancel my order immediately. No response as of yet, so we will see how it goes.
I recently purchased a Hookah from here. I have to say i was extremely satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the product. They guys over at HookahTown are great, very polite and truly care about giving their customers the best experience.
Phone service and online contact service is also very good. They answer quickly and guide you through your concerns with ease. I recommend this company to any friends or family. I've tried a few different places but HookahTown is definitely my favorite. I will be purchasing from them pretty often!

Nathan is one hell of a rep, always has answers for my questions. I been ordering from Hookah Town for almost 2 years now and I love what they have to offer, free shipping on every product which is great! The hookah pens and cigars are high quality and I haven't had any bad experience.
So this is my second purchase from Hookah Town and I must say the experience was top notch! They go out of the way to make sure your getting exactly what you want. And the delivery is almost immediate.
For my second order I have to give a special thanks to Nate... he is THE BEST! During the course of a 20 minute phone call (which I'm sure he had more important things to do) he answered EVERY question I had and explained it to me in full detail. He was very friendly, patient and easy to relate to. I'm sure some of my questions were silly but he never once made me feel that way. I hung up with him feeling like I was purchasing exactly what I needed and feeling completely educated about it as well. You typically don't get that personalized feeling nowadays especially when doing shopping online. So to call in and get a human who went above and beyond his job was truly amazing!

Worst customer service and low quality products. I ordered a fruity CBD vape pen and when I used it, it would shoot out oil in my mouth. And it was not potent at all. I bought the deal from Groupon, both Groupon and Hookah town would not take any responsibility for this low quality, defective product. The customer service agent offered their advice as if I didn't use a pen before and as if it was my fault for the oil shooting out. I have owned many disposable pens and this is by far the worst. They would not offer exchange or refund. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM EVER.
I too, like many others purchased through Groupon in late may. It is exactly 5 days from a month of waiting just for a confirmation and shipping information and i am genuinely starting to believe this is a scam business or they are truly inept at running a business... Ironically I place most of the blame on Groupon for not better vetting the businesses they become intermediaries for. As of 6/18/18, I am completely done with Groupon, they have lost credibility with me.
I placed a Groupon order with them. The order has been waiting to be accepted at the post office for 9 days. When I emailed the company, I got a reply telling me to basically wait. I emailed them again... no response. You cant get an answer on their customer service line even though its during normal business hours. Looks like Im going to have to make a complaint with Groupon.
