Pen arrived, but when you tried to take a draw, the bottom would light up, but no product would come out. Although it was a clear runny liquid, I tried running it under warm water, removing the glass piece, cover up the hole and everything else that they asked me to do but the pen just does not work.
I contacted customer service (Josephine H) and was told in each email to try something else to trouble shoot the pen(which are the things I listed above). I requested the return address to send the faulty pen back and requested a new pen. I guess in their minds, it is either impossible to have a faulty product OR they just don't care about the quality of the product or the satisfaction of potential returning customer(which will not be me). It seems to me that they do not want ANYTHING to be returned to them even if it is faulty, but that's ok. They got the right one this time because even though it was only $24.00 or so, I HATE companies that rip off people for their hard working money so when it is all said and done they will probably NEVER want to hear my name again, but they are about to get very familiar with it.
I purchased a Groupon voucher for Hooka Town. I purchased the Magic Concealed Lipstick Pipe (2 pack) for a gift through the Hooka Town website with the voucher. I received the package in the mail and I am too embarrassed at the lack of quality to gift it to my friend. The plastic looks cheap and scratched up with a metal bowl head and mouth piece. The pic showed red and purple. I received blue and green. Never again. Just no. The first 3 pictures are what was delivered to me and the 4th picture is what I expected to receive... big difference!
I ordered my e-cigarette with a Groupon deal. I did not receive my order after 15 days now. I called, emailed, send them through their website, no answer what so ever after a week now. I do not know what kind of business they are running. I just filed a refund through Groupon. Never deal with them!

So i origionally posted on this site about how i never received a conformation email and i couldn't get through to anyone. Someone finally reached out to me through here so i fixed my review. I have been trying to figure out where my order is because it has been 17 days. I understand that it can take up to 21 but i would like to be able to track it. I have emailed and called multiple times in the last week with no response. I honestly doubt i will ever hear from them or receive my order. I will NEVER EVER order from them again. Buyer beware!
Ordered the $20 cbd mystery box on groupon and just received my package.
I got 8 items no bs.
I placed the order monday the nov 26th and got the package on dec 1st.
Im sure everyone paid attention and redeemed the code and didnt just order from groupon and think it was gonna ship. Directions say go to hookah site and enter voucher code.
Had alot of questions about ordering a hookah pen and nathen was a big help. I actually had to call multiple times for my own mistakes and he took care of me right away. Everytime I call I ask for him. Give that man a raise
Had a small issue with my order. The vape i ordered was not in stock AND I messed up the ejuice I wanted. Called cystomer service and spokr with Nathan. Very pleased with the customer service, very accommodating, great people to deal with.
Nate helped me very well, very reliable and friendly. The hookah I wanted was not available in New York. But I'm willing to wait because of him.

I ordered a package over 3 weeks ago, I've not received it, and have attempted to make contact with hookahtown for a week now through multiple mediums, but have not heard back yet. I usually don't write bad reviews (infact I had to jump through a hoop to register on this site to even post this), but I want a refund at this point and might need to dispute it with the bank if I'm not going to hear back from the company. I'd expect this lack of responsiveness from a dinky looking website, and I would (maybe) be (slightly) less irked, but it's misleading when it seems like a fairly large, professional and well staffed company. I kept emailing, and at the end of the week I conveniently get an "automated message" that says the "offices are closed until Sunday". I've contacted them since and have not heard back yet and called and went to voice mail, and even texting Nathan's (one of the owners) phone numbers he had texted me from earlier to "talk about my order", which I ended up having a short conversation with him about what I had ordered. Maybe my order was coincidentally lost, and the offices happened to have oddly been closed for an extended period of time, and there is some excuse and logical reasoning to why I'm so frustrated, but it's a business, I ordered a package that says 3-5 days shipping, and it's been three weeks with no contact so naturally any customer will be a bit frustrated, despite whatever reasoning there might be to why I have not yet received my package, yet was debited for the transaction. I will report back when the situation is resolved.

Purchased the Yocan Explore 2 and 1 from Groupon on May 14,2019. Went to their website to complete my order and I figured about 2 weeks and I'd have it... NOT, contacted hookah Town only to be told that the product must have been lost in the mail. Then they tell me that they no longer have the product I purchased. But gave me 3 different vape pens to choose from. Before I made my decision, I got an email stating that my vaporizer had been mailed (June 11th) and they provided me with a tracking number. Long story short, the product was finally delivered on July 5th. Upon opening the package I see that it is NOT what I ordered nor is it the replacement that I requested. Contacted them again and needless to say, it got nasty real fast. Decided to contact Groupon and let the know how bad this company is and found out that although I bought and confirmed my order on May 14,2019 Hookah Town did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING until I contacted them on June 11,2019. No wonder they no longer had what I purchased. If this is how they run their business, EVERYONE needs to be leery of this company.

We gave you 5 different upgrade options, 5 different devices that were of higher quality than what you purchased at no extra cost to you, per the inconvenience. You emailed back a link for a device that was NOT one of the options offered but has a similar name to one of the options offered. A mistake was made and we shipped out the atman starlight v2 when you wanted the atman almighty v2 - again a device that we DID NOT offer - we have done our best to correct it by sending you a return label to return the device so that we can issue a refund. You have yet to send the device back. As soon as you return the device, we would be more than happy to issue a refund - as long as the device is not used. Thank you!
I ordered the $20 mystery box on Groupon from here. It took 3 weeks to get. And it was supposed to have $40 worth of product but I recieved 2 items... i honestly hate both flavors and WILL NEVER use them. I get cbd items are expensive(right now at least). But 2 items... they were supposed to be different categories of product as well but these two you consume. So not different... i am HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!
I read the reviews and thought that it was a scam and was a little pissed since I had already ordered from Groupon. But I called the number and I was transferred to Nathan and he helped me out. They were out of the color I wanted and I had payed for VIP S&H and had not received my order in 3 days. But Nathan upgraded my order to a better version of the pen and threw in a gift so not to shabby. ITS NOT A SCAM
Interesting, I looked at the box and it clarifies the benefits of CBD but doesn't say anything about the contents or source of CBD. When I researched which part of the Hemp plant VaprBrat used it said the stalks. After further research I found that the CBD is ONLY found in the flower of the Hemp plant, not the seeds or stalks. This, IMO, is a very misleading product... I purchased 2 from Groupon and regret it
