I fell for the Groupon scam. I correctly ordered using the Groupon code, and happily paid $4 extra for fast shipping. Well, they double charged my credit card, and mocked me when I told them about it. 10 days later, my order still hasn't shipped. I sent 7 emails and called 4 times, they finally replied via email, and had an attitude about me "blowing them up with emails". I AGAIN explained that they double charged me, and that since my order hasn't even SHIPPED YET, I would like a full refund. They mocked me again, and got $#*!ty with me. This "company" is pathetic, and they messed with the wrong guy this time. #TimesUp

Purchased the Yocan Explore 2 and 1 from Groupon on May 14,2019. Went to their website to complete my order and I figured about 2 weeks and I'd have it... NOT, contacted hookah Town only to be told that the product must have been lost in the mail. Then they tell me that they no longer have the product I purchased. But gave me 3 different vape pens to choose from. Before I made my decision, I got an email stating that my vaporizer had been mailed (June 11th) and they provided me with a tracking number. Long story short, the product was finally delivered on July 5th. Upon opening the package I see that it is NOT what I ordered nor is it the replacement that I requested. Contacted them again and needless to say, it got nasty real fast. Decided to contact Groupon and let the know how bad this company is and found out that although I bought and confirmed my order on May 14,2019 Hookah Town did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING until I contacted them on June 11,2019. No wonder they no longer had what I purchased. If this is how they run their business, EVERYONE needs to be leery of this company.

My partner and I purchased a $20 mystery box from them on Groupon. It arrived quickly and I was excited to find some (seemingly) really cool stuff. Turns out all of it is basically garbage. This review is about 3 of the items received in the mystery box: the 5ml Vapebrat bottle of CBD vape oil, the Vapebrat prefilled CBD cartridge, and the Hookahtown reusable oil pen w/empty reusable cartridge. I'll also talk about their customer service.

* 5ml (1000mg formula) bottle of CBD vape juice: This product didn't come with any packaging, so only the brand name, product title, flavor and "1000mg formula" were on the bottle. No ingredient list, no dose info, no CBD sources listed. Checking the website, this information isn't there unless you want to spend an hour or two sifting through their 3rd party lab results page. If you do that, you'll find that there is only around 27mg of CBD isolate in the entire bottle. Around one dose of CBD priced at $24.99.
* Prefilled CBD cartridge (100mg formula): I was the most excited about this one. Both the site and the box say it is a 100mg formula, after sifting through those lab test results I mentioned earlier, I found that the cartridge only has around 16mg of CBD isolate. Barely one dose of CBD for the low low price of $35.99. This cartridge also doesn't work on any vape/oil pens including the one I received in this order.
Hookahtown's vape/oil pen w/reusable cartridge: There were no instructions that came with it, and no labels. It came in a little labelless tin box. There is no button, even though it looks like it has one. No other cartridges work on it except for the one it came with, which only takes vape juice, but not oil or wax. The battery dies really quickly, and takes a long time to charge. This product is essentially a tiny, poorly made vape mod with a plastic tank.
Now let's talk about their customer service. I attempted to call a few times for help setting up the oil pen, because it wasn't working and there was no button to turn it on. It had been fully charged at this point as well. Every call I made went straight to voicemail, which told me to try using their websites chat support. So I tried that, and after a few suggestions of theirs not working, they simply stopped responding to me completely. I tried to leave them a review, and after typing and submitting it I got a notif on the top of the site that says "only those who have purchased this product are allowed to leave a review."

Tl; dr Hookahtown and Vapebrat either do not give a single flying $#*!, or they're scammers. Either way, $#*!'em. Please don't order anything from them.

Pen arrived, but when you tried to take a draw, the bottom would light up, but no product would come out. Although it was a clear runny liquid, I tried running it under warm water, removing the glass piece, cover up the hole and everything else that they asked me to do but the pen just does not work.

I contacted customer service (Josephine H) and was told in each email to try something else to trouble shoot the pen(which are the things I listed above). I requested the return address to send the faulty pen back and requested a new pen. I guess in their minds, it is either impossible to have a faulty product OR they just don't care about the quality of the product or the satisfaction of potential returning customer(which will not be me). It seems to me that they do not want ANYTHING to be returned to them even if it is faulty, but that's ok. They got the right one this time because even though it was only $24.00 or so, I HATE companies that rip off people for their hard working money so when it is all said and done they will probably NEVER want to hear my name again, but they are about to get very familiar with it.

Worst customer service and low quality products. I ordered a fruity CBD vape pen and when I used it, it would shoot out oil in my mouth. And it was not potent at all. I bought the deal from Groupon, both Groupon and Hookah town would not take any responsibility for this low quality, defective product. The customer service agent offered their advice as if I didn't use a pen before and as if it was my fault for the oil shooting out. I have owned many disposable pens and this is by far the worst. They would not offer exchange or refund. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM EVER.

I ordered a $200 cbd mystery box which was $100. The fine print said it would take up to three weeks for delivery. I placed the order through Groupon on a Wednesday. It shipped the same day and arrived on Friday! I really enjoyed the variety of cbd items. There were vape supplies, salve, lip balm, instant coffee, all kinds of edibles, and my favorite, a cbd bath bomb! I could not have bought all the items separate for what I paid and I am very happy with my purchase!

I just wanted to review my positive experience from purchasing Yocan 3 in 1 vape Kit from Groupon deal. After I purchased, I started to read all of these negative reviews and began to worry I would not get my product or it would take forever. That was not the case. After I went on their site to finalize the purchase I received confirming e-mail for my order, and a shipping notice the same day. They do have a TON of extras they try to sell you on, including multiple levels of expedited shipping. I paid extra $5.99 for 5-10 day shipping instead of the free somethinmg like 7-14 day shipping to be safe. The confirming e-mail I received said processing takes up to 2 1/2 weeks! This really pissed me off but really could not do anything at this point. Luckily, that was not the case. I ordered from HookahTown on 2/8 and received the product on 2/13 - only 4 business days! Product arrived new as described and also included some cool freebies! Overall a very positive experience!
