I must say that this app is unbelievable. You could take a picture of the house and have all the details necessary in order to supply for your client and/or. You could even have it request information from your address book so you could send links directly to a recipient without the hassle of creating an email.
This wad definitely created with the end user in mind. As a IT professional, I know how important it is to develop a solution for the end-user.

Absolutely love this app. Comes is SO Handy. I'm new to this state & don't know my way around at all. I find myself lost in some GREAT neighborhoods & wonder if I could afford anything. With just 1 click not only does HomeSnap show me about the place I'm looking at but, shows & even directs me to other neighborhoods similar to what I'm looking for.

I love walking around the neighborhood and seeing what houses are selling for. Will give me an idea for whenever we want to sell ours! Some of the prices surprise me so I like seeing what different realtors are doing.

I've been using the app now for 2 months and I have to say this is the best home search tool out there available to agents & clients. As simple click and clients can find the price of a home, the details of the home and so much more. Finally, an app that makes the home search easy and fun.
I love the ease of use. As I drive through neighborhoods, whenever I see a potential investment I snap the picture and received instant information about the property. I'm saved a great deal of time.
What a great Real Estate Agent tool to have on your phone when you are showing property to your buyer clients. It always happens, you are out showing property and your client sees a neighboring property with a for sale sign and asks you "how much are they asking for that house?" Now you can easily answer the question by snapping a photo of the house and up pops the listing, complete with showing instructions. Vacant? invite your client to take a tour.
How about when you are showing your client a cute little house and across the street someone built a beautiful new home and your client says "wonder what that home is worth". No problem, snap a photo and up pops an estimated value. Like Zillow and other web sites, it may be close or it may be off, but either way, you are sure to impress your client.
Besides the photo tool you can use the map to locate active, pending and recently closed listings plus estimated values on non-listed properties. Puts a lot of info into your phone with quick navigation to the information you are looking for.

It's not perfect, but it's incredibly easy to use and it'll get you to where you need. I use this frequently in my house hunt and just when I'm curious and it's really easy. Point and snap and confirm the address and voila. The information on the houses aren't always the most accurate, but they're usually ballpark, which is at least helpful. The quickness and ease of use are worth to get a first look at a house. I use it all the time.
Great app when searching for a home. Snap a photo of the house that is or sale and the listed price pops up. It also shows what other properties in the area are valued at.

This is a great tool if you are looking to buy a home or just visiting a new area and want to know the price of homes. Seems to be pretty accurate and even works on condo buildings.
