Hands down the best real estate app around. Just take a picture of a house to find out all about it. Includes the most up-to-date data directly from the MLS.

Better than a majority or real estate apps out their, more realistic values and more accurate bed/baths than other apps. A must have, a like the way they listen to your input if you feel something is wrong(value, bed/bath).

Great for a quick snap shot. Estimates are not right on but in the general area.

I just started using this and I am excited to share with my clients! I just had a client buy a house and I can go around and snap pictures of other houses in the area to show him the value of his neighborhood. I even got a buyer lead from it who saw one of my snaps! LOVE it ;-)
