Home Snap is simply the best, once you know how to use it. If you can take a picture of a house it will tell you the price and if it is For Sale. It that simple.
My son uses the app in his job, he had to show me how to use it. I was surprised at how simple it was to use. Of course I'm not very savvy when it comes to computers and things of the sort.

I previously had three real estate apps on my iPhone, and none of them even came close to the functions and data provided by Homesnap. It's super easy to use, and the photos are amazing. The first day using the app with one of my clients, I found a house with no sign that had been listed less than 20 minutes prior. We toured the house and wrote an offer that same morning. The CMA data gave both me and my client confidence that we were well informed. This is definitely the best new resource in the real estate toolbox!
