I love this app. I'm house hunting to purchase and this app. Helps a lot, if i see a sale sign I just snap n boom all the home info. Highly recommend
I have had it for a month or so and it works great. There has been a couple times where it took the picture and showed it on the map, but that was it. Maybe the map needs updated, not sure. But overall it's cool. have showed it to many friends and also realtors. :)
I want to let you know how great your app is. It helps me get a feel for the market in particular areas that I am not too familiar.i also find it fun. I walk my dog around 5:00AM everyday and it has turned into quite a group of people from our neighborhood and others. Today I shared the app, checked a home that was for sale on a street. Then we compared it to one of the ladies homes just four homes over. It showed that there was a difference and the program doesn't generalize.
The only problem I find is in deleting past history. It seems to only be available on one screen and needs to be more prominently displayed on every page. I don't want my phone to HDTV all of that memory.
Give it a try. It is pretty cool.
I use this app when I am driving neighborhoods. I simply snap a picture, then email it to myself for follow up. A valuable tool in my toolbox.
Finally a quick way to see pretty accurate pricing on homes for sale and to have it on your phone is a real plus. Thank you Homesnap.
In addition to working miraculously (take a snapshot and it instantly finds your location and an approximate value if the house you see), this thing is FUN and gives you such a sense of surreptitious power!

Great app! I love the features and the ability to be able to see houses that I'm actually in the market for or if I'm just daydreaming about amazing houses! Absolutely nothing like it on the app market!
I am a Real Estate inductry professional and I think this is a great app to get quick information on a property. Although many factors go in to value of a particular property the estimate is usually in a fair ballpark. The ease of use by taking a picture only is also very quick to get the results that you are looking for such as bedroom count and square footage. I really enjoy using it.

Very cool, very easy app to use. Another of a multitude of pics I take only this one tells me all I need to know about a house-any house-right away. Don't have to bother with agents for basic info!
