Been trying this app out and as a realtor I have so far been impressed with the sales history and property stats. Valuation is no better or worse than other programs- decent ballpark figure, but for an accurate market value, still best to consult a realtor. Trying to get some of my clients to give it a go!
It is so handy and so easy to snap and there is the full info of a place. Awesome
It's very useful to find the value of homes around you. It doesn't work 100 percent of the time but it still does a great job. Impresses my friends every time!

Wow, this is a fun, informative app that really works!
I just downloaded this app about two days ago and admit just learning how to use it. On that basis, I received a request to rate the app and, instead, wrote to ask questions, thinking that I'd "maybe" hear back in a day or two. Instead, in about 10 minutes, I received an clear, concise and helpful answer. 10 minutes!!!! On simply evaluating the Help factor I give this app a 5 star rating. Besides that, it's pretty accurate and fun to use. I say "Bravo", Guy, and thank you!
Great app to track viewed and desired properties! Easy way to communicate whether you are a buyer/seller or agent.

Love the app. Better then the others I've been using. Info on my own house is inaccurate not sure where the info comes from.
Not my goto app for browsing real estate while sitting on the couch, but I absolutely don't leave home without it. I find myself using it while I'm out and about constantly. VERY handy and stable.
Cool app comes in handy when u spot a house but can't/don't want to leave your car or mode if transport.
