Homesnap is amazing. Take a picture of a home or condo, and presto -- all the stats appear very quickly. In looking at condos, when snapping a picture, building details appear almost instantaneously. Unit prices and interior photos appear (only of the units for sale - if available, I would surmise), along with all units in the building.
Only one building, which is under construction but almost done, did not come up when I took a picture. I tried several times from different angles. Other than that, Homesnap is definitely informative and a great tool for house hunting. You can't go wrong with this app!
The technology of this app is fantastic! I use it for a "wow factor" with my clients.

It really is fun and helpful when you are just curious or looking for real estate, which I am more in the " curious" catagory.

I really like the app. It is a great tool to get an idea about pricing and it gives a lot of information without knocking on doors.
I was very impressed that the app was easy, speedy, and gave pertinent info. Didn't like the estimated value info however because hardly anyone would sell their house for those prices. They may look good but is not a good reference.

I use this when showing homes to buyers - they want to know what homes around the neighborhood are valued at. Makes me look like an expert!
My wife and I moved to a new area and it really helped us to understand which areas we wanted to consider.
I love this app. It quickly finds most of the properties I have checked whether for sale or not and returns accurate data about that house (number of rooms square footage etc.) the values appear to be fairly accurate as well.
I'm not sure how they do this but this site is amazing. You take a picture of a house for sale and this site finds the listing. Even if your not house hunting, it's worth having the app
I really like this app. I am currently looking to buy a new home and this app offers more information on the houses than just what is given by the real estate listing. Some info such as values might be off a little, but it does a great job giving other info.
