I use this app every day. I use to use Zillow and Realtor but the interfaces were hard to use and I typically couldn't get enough info. This app helps know what the comparable prices in a neighborhood are as well as so much more useful info! So great!
...right in the ballpark (most of the time) on home values.
Having said that, the home values are not accurate rather, they provide a ball park. Still, hugely useful.
Very handy! Super easy to use, and a great way to organize house info when you're looking for a new home. Also a great way to gauge the prices in an area before you even start to look!

Could you add info about when the home was constructed?
Ok the user interface intuitiveness could do with a few tweaks here and there but in essence it's a very useful app especially when you're looking to buy property rather than just estimating what your neighbours' houses worth...
Great app. More accurate than zillow. Newer houses are not on the app yet. Besides that. I love the app
