Used it to see what homes in my area were selling for. This way we could get an idea to list, or wait, without calling an agent.

Homesnap 1.50 is even better than Version 1.11; the ability to see what my friends think/are doing ... as well to see homes people are looking at across the country ... is both useful and fun. This is the future of real estate!

Just moved to Orange County CA and we are planning on buying a home in the area in 1-2 years. We use Home Snap when we drive through communities that peak our interest. It helps us easily verify if the community is within our price range. LOVE this app!

Great app , just drove thru NYC and checked a lot of places without having a realtor take me to places I don't want too see. Now I can tell them the ones I want to see.

All you have to do is point and snap a picture of the house that you want to know about. Easy as pie. Up comes the information about the house. It doesn't even have to be a perfect picture.
