I just relocated to AZ and am checking out houses and neighborhoods. This app works on houses that aren't even on sale, which gives me an idea of how much the surrounding houses will cost.

This is a great app, I use it all the time when going for walks around our neighborhood and see a house that we want to know more about. I use home snap and it works every time and tells me everything I want to know.

Home snap is such a blast! It's fun while traveling thru neighborhoods to see what homes are going for. You may have the luck to see interior shots too.

Just take a picture and find out tons about a house even if its not for sale!!!

Would love to be able to add notes to the properties I capture
Several times I've taken the picture and the neighbors will stop by and fill you in on all kinds of details, that would be nice to include with the picture for later reference.

Very handy - even when I drive past a property - it grabs the info.

This app works fast! I use it to aquire an address for a house when there is not one visible. I also use it to store a picture of a homes current condition when I am scoping it out for purchase. I'm amazed at how fast it is. It also will give a guestamate of the homes fair market value if it were in good condition. Would not trust the value amount without researching it further, but does give an idea of what it could be.

This app is great! You can even take pics at night and the info still comes up quickly! No more guess games!

Would love to see this app have homes for rent added , not just for sale houses. There are no apps like this one for rent though.

It does what it claims to do. Sometimes I walk around my neighborhood and see what houses are going for and check on the ones that are for sale as well.

Very helpful application. Walking and making a snap shot of the house gives you an ability for quick check on the price of the house

Wonderful app to gain insight into a neighbor with regard to home prices, taxes, values and schools in a specific location. Records history of homes reviewed for future reference. Great for home buyers or finding out what your neighbor paid for their home.

Great app! We flip homes and it is great to be able to get a quick snapshot of the neighborhood comps!!

Brilliant app. Snap the picture and everything pops up that you want to know about the property. It knows where you are. Easy.

Best thing since sliced bread. So much easier than searching sites for listings.
