I found that by changing the direction of the lens I got a different house. Additionally I found on one screen the ability to select a nearby house and another section allowed me to scroll to nearby houses.

Great job. Very impressive.

Also after making a comment in the app, within minutes I received an email from the developer.

I just started using this and I am excited to share with my clients! I just had a client buy a house and I can go around and snap pictures of other houses in the area to show him the value of his neighborhood. I even got a buyer lead from it who saw one of my snaps! LOVE it ;-)

What a great app, use it all the time now, and gives me and the customer the information we need. So many times we have been looking at houses and the client says, " what about that house?" Just drive over "SNAP" that baby and you can tell them all about the house.

A must have if you a realtor, buyer or seller!

I like the app it has proved it's very useful while I am out in the field showing house . I like the fact you can take a picture of a house on the market and home snap brings up all the info plus bring up near by homes on the market is a very useful feature .
I am looking forward to discovering any new tricks it can do,

Please get the MLS listings populates quicker. I activated one last night and would love to use this to send it out to buyers. But it's still not showing up. Would really like more filters too. I'm a fan, but if it's not going to grab information before Zillow, Redfin, etc it's going to be obsolete

I just found this app and am amazed at how it pulls the information so quickly! I'm having fun snapping pictures of our house and those in the neighborhood to see how they compare. I could see how this could be a great tool when looking to buy or sell a house!

I love this app...use it all the time. It is easy to look up homes on the fly, and the stealth photo is amazing. Also really appreciate the agent lookup feature. My clients don't seem to like it as much from their side, so I only use it as a lookup tool.

We are looking for a new home in our present or a near by neighborhood. This app has been terrific at giving us the price of homes on the market and recently sold homes. It is nice to have the price of a property real time. (Rather than wait to call the agent and then try to remember which house belongs to which agent.)

Unlike the worst automated Valuation application I have seen called Zillow. Zillow uses foreclosure, bank and short sales to produce a garbage estimate on real property. If you rely on Zillow, I wish you luck.

I think this is an incredible app! Super easy, and fun too. I've always wondered what beautiful homes I drive by are really worth. Now I can. I also love the extras this app tells you about the properties etc. I really enjoy it!

Great app for realtors and clients. Many times my clients drive by a home and can't tell me the address, now I just tell them to snap a pic and share it with me then we are in the same page.

I love this app! I can't imagine trying to do my job in the field without it. It provides all the information I'm looking for at the finger-click on the screen. It's like an electronic leather man tool - the essential tool in real restate.

Great app, I love it. My clients love it. It's easy to share properties back and forth as you are conducting text conversation. Easy to look up property information. Get immediate update on specific properties such as price changes or back on the market.

After using for the first week, I am pleased with the functionality of the app, and speed in which listing information is available. As a social and mobile savvy real estate agent, I am looking forward to sharing this app with clients to improve communication and bring ease to the purchase and/or sale of the home.

Update: on iPhone it would be nice to sort between invited vs accepted ones. And add the ability to resend invites as well. And add a quick search and group search function to quickly find clients and send listings.

I like the format very much. Just started using this app but it has the potential to be a real winner! Could not find info. on some areas but just finding my way around. I seldom submit a review but like the potential of this particular App. I'm giving it five stars to inspire slight improvements.
