A miserable experience they are great at collecting the monthly fees but find ways to not pay claims.

It appears there is another claim currently open and we are requesting specific documentation from the Service Provider to move forward in the claims process. I know my HVAC was 29 years old and still running. The guy doing the maintenance did find a leak and after testing and checking for the part it was found obsolete. It was said due to rust and corrosion from the photos and videos it would not be covered. I t seems to me that all HVAC's are going to get older and have some rust and corrosion. It seems to me why have a plan like this if it is not going to help on the replacement. I thought since the HVAC was still working but still needed a part that I would at least have some coverage for it. I am paying monthly for something to cover these problems and now it has gotten me deeper into poverty. Under another previous plan I got a total replacement on a refrigerator and stove that were older models.

The lady who called me was pleasant, friendly and nice. She took care of my billing issue quickly and efficiently. But a week later I received a letter (dated two days AFTER I gave her my new info) stating that my coverage would expire if I didn't update my account!

My experience was stressful with the time it took to complete, but I understood the reasons given.
However, everyone that I spoke with in Customer Service was very patient and willing to help me with my concerns. Also, the Service Repair Technician was pleasant, calm and knowledgeable. He did a very good job.

When I call for claim it is dire need. I live in a very rural area. W do not always have access to the repairs we need. I spent 3 weeks w/o access to plumbing can't run water because my toilet was frozen at the toilet trap. Seems everyone was having the same problem. My plumber could not get to me any sooner. Also most service providers don't want to wait for payment so I do not have a problem paying direct to them. I do expect full reimbursement for the work they do for me we are in dire need of service providers that are not out to rip anyone off by over charging and have no time to waste waiting on your company to give the go ahead nor do I as customer have time to wait on your adjuster to approve repairs they know fully what can be covered under home warranty.
