Our water heater went out… called Home Safe immediately. They made every attempt to find a plumber to take care of it. It took a day or so to find someone to come out but eventually we got our water heater replaced. Now… to bathe. They were quick to reimburse payment!🥳

When I called the first person was very friendly I explained the situation and he then transferred me and the other agent was just as nice, (which for me is very important w consumer service)she look up my information called the repair person. He called back within and hour came out that day new the issue right away ordered part and by the end of week my refrigerator was fixed. He was very nice so the whole experience was excellent did tell my friends about Home safe.

I called because when i was reviewing my policy, the water conditioner wasn't checked off. Brilla made the correction & quoted me a higher premium but i told her the circumstances of my changed premium recently & to please leave it that way. She said she'd ask her supervisor & call me back which she did after only a short time. She said that she got an okay to

Doorbell broken: my deductible is $65 but had to pay $100 but should be reimbursed. Claim stated completed by Home Safe but it wasn't fixed yet. Contractor they chose is out of Maryland, I'm in Ohio, so it's been 12 days and my replacement to fix the issue is unresolved and I have no timeframe of when a simple Doorbell fix will be done. Contractor asked me if there were storms in my area, says he works 11 states and he's back in Maryland, 337 miles away. Ridiculous

We do not have control over the service provider's procedures. If the service provider has been paid for the repair, it is their responsibility to handle any updates on the repair. No issues, no problems. I called my contractor to diagnose the problem. Once it was assessed, I called HomeSafe with the diagnosis. It was approved. The contractor did their thing and it was done!

After your claim was denied, you sought a second opinion, which presented challenges for the claims department in obtaining the cause of failure from the service provider. Once the refrigerator was repaired, it was reported that the fridge was still experiencing issues. Currently, your claim is pending a replacement; however, the claims department requires specific documentation from the service provider to proceed. I have highly pleased with Home Safe Home Warranty. They work with me in getting the needed servicer. If they do not have a local servicer for my problem they will let me select my own. Either way I have been highly satisfied and have had no recalls due to a fix failing. Give them a go and you can be satisfied as well!
