They use Thumbtack as the appliance repair service. Unfortunately they don't service the less common brands. But they did fix my GE appliances. For plumbing, they also didn't cover repairing pipes they said were corroded. So I would only use them for popular appliances. Disregard date of service, I had several visits, I don't remember all of them.

WHERE is my check to replace my dishwasher that could not be replaced no parts available still waiting on my check to replace a dishwasher that parts were no longer available to repair unit. Its been way to long! Tired of the runaround! Refund check 550.98

Technician was prompt to answer the claim call. Was able to complete the repairs in one day. Was clean, personable and we were very happy with his work and completion in one day. Claim was paid in a relative amount of time. I would recommend Armis to everyone.

No water out of bathroom faucet
April 16, 2025

Our bathroom faucet slowly lost water pressure and finally just drips of water would come out of it. We called Home Safe and they assigned a Plumber to our claim. He came the next day and assessed the problem. The following day the faucet was replaced! Great service!

Upon further review, the part you are speaking of is the hinges for the oven, which is a part that is not listed for coverage on your contract. The Service Provider advised that the part is no longer made by the manufacturer and suggested a replacement. We can verify the check for the credit toward the replacement has been issued.
