Home Safe would not pay for repare or replace because technician said there were roaches in the back of it. I never saw any insects although the tech said there was a few before he opened the back panel.

Still broken, going to call back get it right, overcharged and almost impossible to get refund

I wouldn't recommend you to my worse enemy. I call several time before i file a claim to make sure i am covered. The answer were yes, WHEN I FILE IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. And the claim is denied THIS IS WHATI CALL RIPPING OFF PEOPLLE
