Home Safe came through again! The stove shorted out in the morning as I was cooking for Memorial Day. At the next business day, The HomeSafe team set me up with a repairman who came out an did his evaluation. When the parts were available he came out the following late Friday afternoon to repair the stove. Overall the process worked as advertised. Two thumbs up for customer service and execution!

After making my call to Home Safe they expeditiously gave me my claim number and helped me locate a company that would meet my needs as quickly as possible. I was quite pleased and I am a happy customer as the installation of my heater was professionally done
I thought just what they told me when taking the Insurance out that it cover everything oh was I wrong.They didn't even what to give half of the A/C Unit bill.They only wanted to pay 2000 of 7100.00 HD.And I had to pay the Labor,but you better not be late on the payment

We received the call back regarding our refrigerator which had a problem with the ice maker and water dispenser home safe contacted us several times to resolve the problem with a local appliance company they were unable to fix the problem so home safe graciously replaced our refrigerator and the prompt delivery and installation made the difference for my husband and I thank you home safe the only Exception would be it is a bit smaller than our original refrigerator that required us to make some adjustments that were very difficult for us

I called for service on my Central Air Unit and my experience was excellent. I spoke with 2 people. One to take the information and the other person (Ebony) who took care of me. She took care of calling vendors and scheduling the service. All I needed was patience. It was a worthwhile wait. Even the service provider showed up ahead of schedule. Great teamwork and commitment to service!

The repair of the not working refrigerator seemed complete but the next day it wasn't working the repairman called me back around 2330 and he said he would come by between 0900-1000 he still hasn't come by and they don't answer their phone or return phone calls and we have lost lots of food

My washer stop working on a Wednesday and I called homesafe the next day. I explained
To the representative what was wrong with my machine and she had someone come out to do an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my washer. On Monday I called homesafe to see if they had received the estimate and the representative said they did. She gave me an option to either fix my washer or I could just receive a new one at no cost. I received my new washer three days later. The timing was perfect because I was off that day so it didn't interfere with my job.

HomeSafe gave me the name of a plumber as I didn't have one. Then when my plumber came, they would not pay anything close to what he was charging me. The total bill was around $2500 and all I got was $1200. They did not replace my disposal or faucet to the same quality that I had. I was quite shocked, and disappointed. It's not like I went and got a plumber. I I guess they felt he was too expensive. They gave me the name of that plumber. They should've checked out that plumber prior to sending him to me.
I haven't heard from the Appliance Repair person that's supposed to check on my refrigerator. It's been 4 hours and I don't know what time or day they are supposed to come by my house. I can't wait around indefinitely! It doesn't matter what day or time they decide to come, I just need to know!

I had a problem with the hose, becoming dispatched from the nozzle of the showerhead for the walk-in tub. There was no way for me to retrieve the end of the hose to attach it. The technician came in figured it out right away, and everything was done within a half hour, I was very satisfied.

Company has been quick about taking care of my needs. Friendly and professional workers completed my repairs in short order.
From my call to HomeSafe til the service person arrived was just a few hours. He evaluated the issue and reported to HomeSafe and you approved the repair work the same day. He had to order some parts which took a few days and when he returned the job was completed very satisfactorily.

Shortly after moving into my new house, a light and fixture were not securely attached so I tried fixing myself. Jeremy was able to correctly connect my bathroom light and now after in almost 5 years, I see my bathroom like it was intended! Thanx HomeSafe!

Would give a 0 if that were an option. Says they cover appliances for usually wear and tear and they absolutely do not. They don't honor their own contract. Two different tech that came to my home gave same reason for failure. Told to get a test done to prove leak however it would be at my expensive. Complied paid out of pocket for bubble test $150 and then they still decline. They need to be shut down bc the internet reviews are no help but the bbb gives them 1.8 which makes them not accredited
