My dishwasher broke. It's so old we can't find a new brain for it.
I was so mad I wasn't helped. I paid my monthly payments and then for me not to get helped it's crazy. Fortunately I found someone that help me. I'm not a person with alot of money and I was hoping Homesafe was going to help me but I WAS REALLY DISSAPOINTED!

Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM CST and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM, with the exception of holidays. The repair of the not working refrigerator seemed complete but the next day it wasn't working the repairman called me back around 2330 and he said he would come by between 0900-1000 he still hasn't come by and they don't answer their phone or return phone calls and we have lost lots of food
