I went through the steps online and verbally with one of your representatives and I still haven't had anybody to come out here to look at my ice maker My refrigerator they just told me they were going to get the part and then they come out we haven't heard anything. And now I'm having problem with my stove and we're going to have to go through the same hassles with that. Let me know

Don't sign up with home safe for home warranty, your calim will never go thru they will find a loop hole to deny the calim. Don't fall for the sales pitch

My installed microwave stopped working several weeks ago. I filed a claim. Had it approved. Approved via phone the model they wanted to install. I then heard nothing for 2 more weeks. I called to check status and found out my claim had not been acted on. Had to approve another microwave model (apparently the model I had previously approved was no longer available). Had to have my color choice of white approved. I also asked for a confirmation of date of delivery. The last communication I had was last week.
I'm tired of waiting. I will be contacting them again just to make sure I don't slip through another crack.
I am not very impressed.

Home Safe came through again! The stove shorted out in the morning as I was cooking for Memorial Day. At the next business day, The HomeSafe team set me up with a repairman who came out an did his evaluation. When the parts were available he came out the following late Friday afternoon to repair the stove. Overall the process worked as advertised. Two thumbs up for customer service and execution!

We are sorry, but our claims team should have helped you find a service provider. If they could not find one, then the responsibility would be yours to find one. All service providers are independently owned and we have no idea which ones will and will not work with home warranties. All we can do is the same as you and call around.
