No one call me back yet on the matter of my furnace they were out here two weeks ago to fix my furnace and now the same thing is happening with it so I guess I'm gonna have to fix it myself and order the parts myself because I haven't received a call back yet

I contacted you and got a incident number and I contacted Farrs Hardware,Paid my deductible, they came and fixed it.
So far haven't heard anymore,so I guess everything's fine and paid for.

Initially everything was going smoothly. Technician arrived and said he couldn't fix it. Have not heard anything since? Called Armis and they were going to reach out to technician🤷‍

I have called several times to no avail. I have been without heat for 10 days and no one has contacted me to get an HVAC person to come to my house. The last call I made was 3 days ago to see who was comimg. They still have never called me back. This service is unexceptable!

When I called the first time, I was worried that they wouldn't be able to help me. They are true to their word. They sent a technician to c my washing machine. He said that I needed to replace it. And they did. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Great service.

Water dripping all over onto the floor etc they set me up with a plumber that was 51 miles away they never called I call them got the answering service still no call when I called you back with a plumber I had used before they came that day and fixed the problem and now you say it's not covered I'm serious thinking about dropping this plan
