Hagin was very patient explaining products and services. He was able to help me with a plan I feel comfortable with. I can't comment on the product yet since I have not had an opportunity to evaluate its effectiveness.

What great customer service. He should lead a team as he provides not just customer service but he actually listens to what the customers want and that goes a long way. It's one to be a sales person but to be one that listens and gives the customers what they want and are looking for is outstanding. He made me feel welcomed before I even signed up. He is very trustworthy and wasn't trying to sell me something that I didn't need or that wasn't helping to build my business and I thank him for that.

I don't know how I will feel about this product now. I didn't like it the last time we tried it. Perhaps this time it will be different. Thomas was nice. I just sent him a request to answer a few questions. We'll see if he responds (after he's gotten the sale). His rating would be a 4 but homes.com so far in my experience would be a 3 or less. I hope this time proves me wrong.

I called to get my username and password so i can get into my account. He said he would send me an email with it in about 30 minutes. An email arrived but it did not contain my username or password. Consequently i still cannot get into my account.

I was helped by Fitema Benson and she was so patient, helpful and pleasant to speak to. I usually just brush everyone off but she caught me. She knew her product and knew how to cater to me. She was honestly pleasant to speak with. I enjoyed my experience

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Regina was able to resolve my problem within 30 minutes what nobody else could do in 2 months! Plus she had to deal with an upset customer and was calm throughout the whole process. THIS is how customer service should be and will keep your business thriving.

I have to admit that this was a very RARE phone sales experience, as 99.9% of the time I cut off the caller before they even had a chance to explain what they have to offer. I have two jobs and very little time for such calls. But Hagins managed to overcome my (rude) initial response and then did a great job convincing me that it would be worth my time and $ to consider the homes.com product he was offering and to give it a try. It helped that Homes.com is reputable and I, as a RE/MAX agent already am working with them to a degree. I'm anxious to see what more they can do to boost my lead generation. I will mention that my second job is as a sales manager in broadcast radio. I have been selling air for over 30 years, and understand the challenges of selling something you can't touch or see. I wish I could hire Hagins!

I love the attention that they take on your account. The account manager notify you when your area is open. The CRM that they offer is great with email drips and also it send homes to your client. Their prices are not high which makes the chances much easier.

Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
