Great dashboard!
What a joke! I called back and told them I didn't want this service an they charged me anyway! So I can't get in touch with anyone and am pretty sure the Rep that called me used a computer generated phone number! They even have me down in the Nashville, TN area and I'm not anywhere near there. I have been charged for two months now and I want my money back! I have been in Real Estate for 20 years and never been through anything like this! I have used Realtor.com and currently ZILLOW and have never had a problem with them. What a SKAM!
I am an Realtor from Maryland, seasoned agent. My advice to all rookie and experienced agents - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HOMES.COM!
My on-boarding process was horrible. They couldn't on-board me for 4 days. That was a red flag and I was considering to cancel the account before even started. They did not even get back to me on a timely manner.
I received 4 weak/junk leads in the first 7 days, in the past 3 weeks I received 0!
I know very well how to run leads, there was nothing to run here.
I reached out to my account rep and requested a supervisor. Mr Fisher contacted me and I pretty much received a snub response (let me quote him)
"... Like you said, you've received 4 leads so your price per lead is well below the industry average"
Homes.com - do you really think that if AGENTS KNEW THAT YOU ARE SELLING 4 COLD LEADS for $222 per month anybody would sign up? I am sorry, this was the discounted price! Let me correct my question...
Homes.com - do you really think that if AGENTS KNEW THAT YOU ARE SELLING 4 COLD LEADS for $500 per month anybody would sign up? - - - the answer is NO!
I just checked the Better Business Bureau's web-site - whoever reads this review and consider signing up with this company PLEASE READ the reviews. I wish I have done my homework!
(... and stop advertising Under Contract/Pending homes!)
Chris was very pleasant and helpful. I did not get any business when i previously had an account with homes.com, If it wasn't for Chris DeJesus i would not have re-committed
So far so good
I WAS TOLD 250 PER MONTH THEN IT CAME TO 248.02... OTHER THAN THAT WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW MANY SALES I GET...
The person I spoke with about updating my zip codes lied about the steps I needed to have them updated causing me to lose more money than intended in an already tough market.
Thomas Coates has been very informative and helpful!
Customer reps are great! Just have to see if the platform works now!
Andres is doing great! And Justin seems to be supporting in the background, so all good so far. Now we just need those 10-25 leads to come through per month.
Sign up experience was great. Enjoy working with Ally
Happy happy happy
Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
