They representative on the phone will tell you whatever they have to to sign you up. Total lies. Do not waste your money here. I've signed up for a year and 4 months in not one lead worth taking to. They refuse to make it right or give me any kind of a refund. I had to cancel my dedit card to get them to stop taking money. Just an absolute rip off.

Only issue or I am not sure how the text feature works. I am not what has to happen to receive a text. I thought I would get a text when a lead was generated, but has not happened.

It's been about a week and a half, and the only lead that came in was for a house that was under contract and the buyer didn't want anything else. I'm disappointed with the level of activity considering that I purchased 2 zip codes.
