My computer auto filled my address with the state of our old residence but had the city and zip code right. They called me to confirm the right address before shipping. Unit was a perfect replacement for a worn out unit. Highly recommend this place and will use them for future needs when they have what I'm looking for.

I ordered a 24" x 12" x 5 foot duct on Thursday 12-14 that I needed by 12-22. Plenty of time since they say in stock items ship in 1-2 days and it is a local truck delivery. I was contacted by a trucker on Thursday 12-21 saying he had my item out front. But then he realized that "they screwed up the paperwork" and he had a boiler for someone else, not my duct. There has been no further communication about this. Will I ever receive it? I cannot recommend anyone to deal with this company, ever.

I ordered a 24" x 12" x 5 foot duct on Thursday 12-14 that I needed by 12-22. Plenty of time since they say in stock items ship in 1-2 days and it is a local truck delivery. I was contacted by a trucker on Thursday 12-21 saying he had my item out front. But then he realized that "they screwed up the paperwork" and he had a boiler for someone else, not my duct.

There has been no further communication about this.

Will I ever receive it?

I cannot recommend anyone to deal with this company, ever.

Money was refunded but I asked them to notify me if misplaced items found. Otherwise, bait & switch?

Ordered a water heater at a very low price over another with a time limited sale. A couple days later they canceled my purchase and pointed to some mistake "policy". Annoying but not the end of the world and they corrected the online price.

A month or 2 later, same unit reappears with same price. Same result.

These people are using pricing they won't honor to drive traffic to their site, wasting buyer's time and opportunity. Avoid them so they stop misusing search utilities!

40 years a consumer and home perfect is first customer service email response to open with "No," All around arrogant and tough to do business with. I admitted purchasing the wrong product by mistake, offered to purchase correct product which is double the price. All I wanted was to be able to return the incorrect product on the same truck the new one is delivered on. Customer service team replied with the rudest of responses about 20% restocking fee, Inbound shipping cost recovery and return shipping costs. I will be sure to purchase the more expensive product I need elsewhere. What a foolish way to do business.

I have tried with this site many times. I order and my order never arrives, so I call and receive excuse after excuse about late delivery. Once, my order simply never arrived. I spoke with a manager another time and the man seemed completely unaware about his stock and the promised services. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone or even wish this service upon my worst enemies. It's that bad. Clearly, it's an organization that fronts as a legitimate business and is run by charlatans with no absolutely no concern for their customers or services. Take your money elsewhere or you will regret it.

This company's website list oil boiler has in-stock.
I placed order and realized the item does not contain burner. Then I ordered burner also.
After two days, the company canceled my boiler order and said they cannot ship the boiler until January 2022. But even now, their website still shows there is "Only One Left " and the Product is "Available in Stock".
Since the boiler order canceled by them, I have to return the burner also.
I even driven one hour go to their warehouse and returned the burner.
They still charge me 20% of the order with so-call restock fee.

This company put fake and cheating information online to pish client placing order and earn money by selling nothing to client!

We ordered the Grohe ******* Chrome Relexa Plus Wall Supply Elbow With 1/2" Connection from Home Perfect. To their credit, the shipment came very quickly. Unfortunately, they gave us the wrong finish. The finish was completely different from what was shown on their website. We spoke with their representative (Calvin) at length on the phone asking for either a store credit or refund. They flat out refused citing store policy.

They posted misleading information on their website and refused to do right by their customer. Sad. Never again.

I had an item on my cart for an amount of 156$. I sent an email to homeperfect.com to know if they had any kind of coupon to use and they asked me for which item. They responded to me that there was not any discount for my item.
I then was going to proceed for confirming my cart and suddenly the price has been updated to about $186.
I have contacted homeperfect.com and the Director of Sales and Service stated that the price was just updated and she couldn; t do anything about.
Following my request they find out the item was too cheap, they raised the price and they didn't honor it.

Horrible experience! I bought a sink it was damaged when I opened the box and they would not ship me a new sink right away to be able to finish my countertops. I will never buy from this company again. This is why people buy on Amazon because you have to follow guidelines and this company doesn't.

This damage was not reported on time and even after that, a damage claim was filed with the carrier. When it was approved a replacement sink was added for you free of cost.

I purchased a kitchen sink from this company, which arrived severely damaged. There is a disclaimer at the bottom shipping email which states the item must be inspected within 2 days for damage. If you are viewing this on an IPad, you will never see it unless you scroll completely to the bottom. I missed it and my builder took longer than that to open the box, so Home Perfect refused to replace it, even after I ordered an identical sink from them in a panic to keep my build on schedule. Home Perfect blamed the shipper for the damage, but since they could not recoup their loss, they told me I was out of luck, $300 gone. When I asked to speak to supervisors at a higher level, the request was refused. When I asked for the company's owner information, I was refused. Their final email to me was that they were a small business and could not incur the loss, so beware, any loss will be yours as the customer. They did not even offer a discount on the second sink I purchased, obviously not concerned about customer satisfaction. Will never to business with them again.

This has been the worst on line buying experience I've ever had. Poor customer service! They claim to have 24/7 support which is complete BS. Ordered a fireplace from them, waited 2 weeks for a shipped email but never received. Try to call customer service and they have no idea how to help you, finally tells me the order is delayed 1 week for some unknown reason. Wait 2 more weeks and they finally figure out the item is discontinued. Now how long before I get my refund! We'll see...

Would not recommend doing business with this company they are more interested in holidays then customer service. Order shower pan month later and no shower pan but company was willing to bill card right away.

We bought a $2500 fireplace for installation in the home we are having built. The fireplace was put in my contractors shop until it was needed in the course of construction (construction has been on going for 8 months). Upon completion of installation we had one 48 flue section that we didnt need. I called Home Perfect and manager told me no returns after 30 days from order date. I explained we had no way of knowing we didn't need the flue section until the fireplace was installed about 4 months after ordering. Manager said tough. No return allowed. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a sliding shower door from homeperfect.com and it has been the worst online purchase experience I have ever gone through. First of all, they do not have 24/7 support. And when I did call the customer support number, I got someone didn't speak any English. Even worse, I was told the product was supposed to ship on numerous occasions over the course of 2 MONTHS! Now frustrated, I tried to get a refund and apparently I am at the mercy of the manufacturer they use because they had to request for a cancellation notice from the manufacturer. Also, google wasn't very helpful in protecting the order even though its a "google trusted store," they just want me to repeat the same exact process I have already done ten times to obtain my refund. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Hopefully all goes well and they get my money back. We'll see!

These clowns sold me a sink that I paid a lot of money for that arrived with a crack. They simply dodged my calls and emails. Absolute amateur hour.

I ordered the cabinet from them almost a month ago and it had not shipped. I contacted them and now they tell me it will be 8 to 10 weeks before it ships. I think that is something they should make clear before they take your money! I'm wondering if I'll get it at all.

HomePerfect is the WORST business I've ever dealt with.
They take $150 for delivery (of a toilet) and the process
Lasts for 3 weeks at least. When you have bought something
Online from them it becomes almost impossible to get any information
From them; instead they always try to sell you something else.

Ordered 4 Items from this company... Only received one item, company refuses to credit or replace... Customer Service - Christy Landry is horrible! Stay Away from this company... now need to fight them with my credit...

I ordered a toilet from Homeperfect.com and a couple of days later I called to cancel the order because we decided to order a different toilet. They said no problem as the item probably had not shipped yet but if it did ship they said to refuse delivery. One month later they finally issued a refund for 52% of the price I paid for the toilet. I told them that their restocking fee was unreasonable as it was significantly higher than any other site I have ever ordered from and requested that the refund be adjusted. They declined to adjust the refund. They clearly do not want repeat customers. Buy from them at your own risk... buyer beware.

We ordered a black pedestal sink set for our bathroom. The picture on the website clearly shows both the pedestal and the sink, and the description would lead you to believe that's what you're purchasing. However, apparently you're just purchasing the pedestal, or the sink - whatever they decide to ship. And the ironic thing is: the sink and the pedestal aren't universal and can only be used if both pieces are purchased together. So, why would one only buy the pedestal (or the sink as a woman described in the site reviews) if they can only be used together? So, we ask to return the item since the product description was misleading... It was almost impossible to get a live person (had to leave several messages and not once were our calls returned), and when we finally did get through, they could barely speak English. Not only that, but we asked three times for them to email us the return label. Its been over a week and still no return label. I doubt we'll ever be able to send back and be refunded for the useless pedestal sitting in our closet taking up space. Hands down, WORST, most unprofessional "company" ever. Trust your instinct and do not spend a dime on any merchandise these clowns have to offer. Such a waste of hard-earned money and time.

Lost the heater I ordered in transit and did not try to fix things until 4 weeks later, after numerous emails and phone calls, by re-shipping another. This heater was also bungled by Home Perfect's shipper, AM Trucking. Home Perfect's response to me this time was to just cancel the order and refund my money which I did not ask for. I needed this heater and their service to me was just terrible. Do not do business with this company. They have no idea want customer service means.

I bought 2 lights (Actually ordered 7 that they said were in stock but 5 were cancelled as they weren't actually in stock). Home perfect confirmed the purchases of the 2 lights and that 2 more of the lights I wanted were available for purchase. I purchase one of the lights but the other disappeared from my cart. I went to buy it again and the price has gone up about 30%. I asked them to honour the original price (I have a photo of it) and they said they wouldn't and I said I wouldn't shop there again. So they cancelled all the lights I had already purchased (increased the prices of these prices considerably - in one case it almost doubled) and refused to send me the items for the purchase price I paid. Because of the purchases and cancellations I am out of pocket the bank fees etcassociated with this. So after ordering 8 lights I now have none and paid around $100 to my bank for the pleasure! I've had bad customer experiences before but never actually had some cancel my purchases after I have actually bought them! Apparently the items were priced incorrectly when I bought them... Not a valid reason to take my purchases back!

Whatever you order, make certain you have the instruction manual and all the parts before you rip out your old toilet. We got ours ripped out and found we didn't have two bolts. HomePerfect required that the manufacturer had to send THEM the part then they would send us the part. I ordered it through a supplier who is mailing it overnight. Needed just bolts, had to get a $15 kit, overnight mail, $44! Also the toilet was supposed to be a standard 12 inch size and turned out to be a new design that required new holes for the bolts.

Online search should tell you all you need regarding this company's business practices.My experience, order not shipped when promised, unable to get thru to customer service, unreturned phone and email messages and when I finally called to concell my order they repeated hung up on me and are attempting to collect $650.00 in cancellation fees. This company has been using a less known identity of "callforlowprice.com" seems very shady to me.

On 3/11 I ordered 2 items from homeperfect as they had the lowest price for some pretty standard items. 3 weeks later I still hadn't received anything and had no reply to my emails asking about the items. I called customer service and spoke to someone at a call center in a foreign country who informed me that 1 of the items was backordered. I had not been informed of this at all previously. I cancelled that item (thank goodness they did do a quick refund for it) and told them to send the other item. Now it is 4/7 and I still have not received my order. I looked at the site to track it and it says it WAS delivered and the date is 4/8, tomorrow?!
Hopefully that is prophetic & It arrives and I can never deal with this place again. Next time, faucetdirect.com all the way!
