We found our buyer's agent for our cross-country move to Denver through Homelight. Homelight made finding a good agent easy for us in a city we hadn't lived in over 30 years. The site was fast, easy to use, and we received a list of potential agents to choose from quickly. I had nice conversations with the two agents I called that the service recommended and we chose one. She turned out to be very energetic and knowledgeable and willing to show us lots of homes early on. She also provided sound advice in terms of making offers and helped us secure a very nice home.

HomeLight was a fantastic asset for us when we sold our home. We originally listed our recently built home with the first agent we spoke with, which ended up being a big mistake. After 7-months on market with little interest, we contacted HomeLight to get recommendations on agents who could get the job done. We called three agents, and instantly knew who we wanted to relist with. The process was seamless and all agents were fantastic. Our new agent relisted out house within a week, and we received three competing offers within the next 5 days. The sale price of our home ended up being above list, and the closing process was quick and easy. I would recommend anyone selling a home to first do their research via HomeLight.

When we decided to downsize I wasn't sure how to select a realtor. It can be daunting to find just the right one, but then I found HomeLight online and I couldn't have been more pleased! Reluctantly I filled out the form online only to be contacted by five different realtors who asked me again what I was looking for wasn't that the whole purpose of me filling out my criteria do you guys even vet the people that you recommend it doesn't seem that way it seemed like they wanted me to spend time chit-chatting with five different realtors to find out who I thought would be the best fit but I thought that that's why I went online to HomeLight. And then this industry wonders why they cut each other's throats when there's absolutely no loyalty it should strictly be the person that contacted me first that I feel like is confident I give them a shot and if for some reason I don't feel like there are a good fit then I could seek out the help from somebody else I don't want five different people running up my search criteria and wasting all of their time and my own you guys totally missed the mark on this one a complete waste of time.

We decided to try Homelight when we were ready to sell a flip in a mkt we were unfamiliar with about an hour from our usual mkt. I really did not have the time to research local realtors so I contacted Homelight. They ref me to the top 3 selling agents in that mkt and we interviewed all 3. Toughest part was decided which to list with. We made our choice and she did sell the house within 6mo. Thanks Homelight for making it simple for us!

As you know, buying or selling a home is one of the more stressful things anyone will ever do. We lived in our house for over 30 years and it was the only home purchase we ever made. When the time came to sell, we had no idea where to start looking for an agent.
My thought was to the most successful realtors in my area and start interviewing them. After speaking with several agents, HomeLight lead me to Paul Lamastra. We were blown away by her competence, personal attention, and especially her responsiveness in communicating immediately with us whenever we had a question. Within three days we had two great offers which were far beyond our expectation. Of course we chose one of them and the process from there on in was every bit as smooth to settlement with Jennifer at the helm. Kudos to HomeLight for helping us find a top-notch agent like Jennifer. We certainly would recommend HomeLight to anyone and everyone buying or selling real estate.

Kroger, My employer referred me to Homelight. Homelight returned my call immediately with names of 3 agents in my area. We chose the second one we spoke to(his name is Mike).
Divorce was the reason for the house being sold. The ex and I did not speak to each other at the time. Mike was very professional and patient and persistent in communicating with each of us separately to make things happen. We had a buyer quickly, but ran into several snags along the way. Mike was extremely helpful with solving the snags and keeping things moving. He worked with us and for us. And he worked hard between the offer and the closing. I would highly recommend both Mike and Homelight.

The agent that Homelight helped me find - the Kevin Corcoran Team (Re/MAX of Gulf Shores, AL) - turned 8out to be great. The process was very user-friendly, Homelight followed up with me several times to ensure I was happy with my selection, and once the sale of our home was completed, Homelight followed up again to congratulate us on the sale. I recommend Homelight without reservation. If you're looking for a real estate agent, Homelight's service is an excellent way to find one!

I had never used or heard of HomeLight. Interestingly my wife is a real estate agent but we live too far away from my brother/mother's house for her to efficiently manage the sale of the house. I needed to limit the hassle for my 90 year old mother since my brother had passed away. I looked online for companies to buy their house without going through an real estate agent. The offers from those companies were ridiculously low.
