This was the first time I was/or had sold a home. At first, I just used a referral from my buying agent (I was in the market to buy a house as well). That referral didn't work out so well so I listened to a relative and gave HomeLight a chance, not knowing much. Immediately I received a phone call from HomeLight and that made me feel at ease from the beginning. They asked questions and they gave me good advice. Within minutes they had sent me names or numerous real estate agents that were in my area that could potentially help me sell my house. Everything was smooth with HomeLight and at no point did I feel pressured to do anything. Fast forward a few months and my house in the city was sold!

I was looking for good realtor to sell my vacation property. Because the house I was selling was far away from where I reside, I needed some body's recommendations and HomeLight did just what I needed. They contacted me immediately after I submitted the online application, and offered me a short list of recommended agents in the area. I have interviewed few that I selected, and one of them got my listing. The property was sold and the transaction was smooth and easy. I want to thank HomeLight for being great source of information.

Personally, this is a site you can trust! HomeLight provided three real estate agents who called within minutes. I interviewed all three but honestly all three were good - I just had to pick one. HomeLight provided agents that were reputable and with that reputation I will always insists of kindness and caring in agents. With HomeLight, we had no problem with reputation, kindness and caring. I sold my home without any problems and the real estate agent handled my closing as I was unable to be there. Closing, as it should be went smooth and the agent called me immediately after closing. Once we met Judy McShane we realized at once that she was knowledgeable and professional and really understood the local real estate market. She made a few suggestions for staging our home, we discussed the best price for listing our home and within a short time we received two offers!

Homelight made it so easy for us to find an amazing real estate agent! We just moved to Scottsdale and were having a difficult time figuring out the best realtor for us, even after asking coworkers for referrals. We were skeptical about Homelight, wondering if they were going to recommend untested or new agents. This is not the case! In an overabundance of caution we checked other online reviews for the agents they recommended, and they were all glowing and well-vetted, with many years of local experience. Even better, the recommended agents were extremely responsive, reaching out to us within hours to start the process. Our agent, Kim Panozzo, we cannot praise enough for her guidance throughout the process and her expertise on the area. We are satisfied all around, and so happy to be in our new home!

Since there are so many realtors in South Florida, I used HomeLight to look for the right person who can sell my property quickly in my neighborhood. I contacted the top 3 agents recommended, which was very easy to see who represents which neighborhood, what price range they deal with, and their current selling history. I went with the first agent who contacted me, and was able to close my property in less than 2 months! Awesome service!

When I first started to make the steps to sell my home I was not sure which direction to go in. My house was out in the country and there was not an abundance of realtors in the area. My mother had seen some advertisements about Homelight but I really wasn't sure how it all worked. So I got onto the website and checked it out. It was a pretty simple form to fill out and within the first couple days I had a realtor set up to meet with me when I got back home from traveling for work. I had a great experience with the realtor Homelight found for me. And just a few short months later I was able to get my house sold at a price I could be happy with.

We were a little bit skeptical about using the homelight referral, but went ahead and tried it out. We also got a referral from a realtor we know. We interviewed all four of these agents and decided on Lindsey Harn, who was a referral from Homelight. We would have never found Lindsey on our own, but she was a really good fit for our needs. For us, we are really glad we used Homelight since the entire search and buy process with Lindsey was so smooth. We won't use it again in San Luis Obispo because we really like working with Lindsey, but if we buy properties elsewhere, would definitely use Homelight again.
