Site was easy to navigate, choose items to purchase, set up an account, and purchase the items. My experience ordering from HomeEverything previously has been positive also. Item was shipped to me in a timely mode and the cost was amazing. Definitely topnotch.

Absolutely a horrible company to deal with - DO NOT BE FOOLED AS I WAS. For an usually ships in 48 hours item, I called every week for the last 3 weeks and was told that my order would ship "early next week." This was after attempting to email twice with no reply and a useless web login give no status information (don't understand why they even have a status page). Each time I called the hold time was at least 15 minutes. Last week I asked if that was just a standard answer you give or do you have some confirmation. Was told this status came from the agents Vice President. After the item did not ship I called again this evening (4th week) - after holding for 10 minutes the system hung up on me. Guess, it was their time to go home so the switch just disconnected any in queue calls. Tell everyone you know to stay away from these guys. The $150 in savings is certainly not worth completely wrecking your project because they can't deliver.
I ordered a frigidaire dishwasher from them (order number cho*******) and have a very bad experience. Probably the WORST experience from all my online purchases in my entire life.
I am stuck with a dishwasher with a BIG ding on the front door and I can't do nothing about it because they NEVER pick up the phone.
If you are placing an order they will answer the phone quickly but by the time you are calling about the existing order *******484 option 2, they just don't answer the damn phone!
Read the return policy carefully:
1. You have to make sure the package is good when you receive the shipment from UPS.
HOW? Do you think UPS guy is willing to sit around for 30 min waiting for you to open the big boxes and inspect everything? They just dropped it off and took off. Once u open the box and find out the appliance get damage you are stucked with 100 pounds appliance!

I called UPS once I opened the box and they told me to call Home everything but they did NOT pick up the phone! (Try call their number and option 2 for existing order, NO one will answer it!), so I tried to EMAIL them 4 times but NO response!
Be really careful, they don't response to your call after you place your order. Disputing the charge with your CC company won't help either. The citibank dispute department itself is trying to call them due to NO response.
I am giving up, this is just the WORST experience I have purchasing online. The CC told me the only thing I can do is to pay the broken dishwasher and WARN others of this merchant so people won't fall into the same situation
Placed ordered, had credit card charged, waited 2.5 months, calling once a week, waited and average of 20 minutes on hold every time. Still have not received items, credit card still charged ($3500) and I have been lied to over and over ("your order is on the way, ma'am, I will have our supervisor call you"). This has been going on for 3 months. Never given an update or tracking # via email. Buyer beware! Avoid this company!

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING 4 WEEKS! They charged our credit card a week ago.
NO TRACKING NUMBERS that we can check on our order with,
NO COURTESY CALLS OR CONTACT to let us know why there is a delay,
NO RESPONSE TO OUR EMAILS, pure silence,
NO PRODUCT still waiting... and they will be receiving a chargeback if I don't have it by this weekend.
NO MORE BUSINESS FROM US -EVER -and trust me, I am going to visit every review site and spread the word.
I can easily access their website to search for an order what I need in only a few minutes... VERY convenient. Quick turnaround from order to delivery, quality of appliance, clarity of site! Thanks!
There has not been ONE single occasion that I have called and have not had to wait a MINIMUM of 15 - 30 minutes just to get a customer service representative to answer the phone. When we placed an order everything was simple and easy but try getting a hold of someone to help you when the time comes because they have delayed shipping your order without notifying you, incomplete order delivery, appliances arriving and not being installed, back ordered appliances that were already charged to our credit card, the list goes on. They should inform customers that the delivery company is not the same as the installation company. True it says free delivery but be ready because unless you pay for the installation the delivery person will only drop off your appliance at the door and then leave. They will not place it inside the house. Bottom line, HomeEverything.com has horrible business practices, makes false promises, and is deceiving to their customers. I have never been so frustrated making a purchase, and communicating with a company. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from them no matter how attractive the price because their customer service and response to issues is so horrible. You will regret it.
