I ordered an item on August 17 and asked how long shipping would take, was told there was a delay of 10-14 days, by September. 6 I emailed again, was told sept. 20, and I'd get an email when item was shipped. By sept. 27 I had heard nothing, emailed AGAIN, and heard nothing so my next email was to cancel. Then I finally got a snippy reply about item cancelled but I "lost a great deal." it's not a great deal to have to keep asking, getting delays and then a snarky reply when cancelling. Guess homebello doesn't care about good business. Stay away, don't know if they'd ever give me a straight answer, I certainly don't know when & if I'd EVER receive ($900.00) item.
I recently ordered a Halcyon Days bangle from HomeBello, and was sad to see that it arrived with a blemish/defect on it. Spending a good amount of money on an item I expect it to at least start out in perfect condition as I am not "easy" on my jewelry, wearing it to work and such. I was put in touch with Nikki who made the process of returning it to be fixed incredibly quick and easy. I work in retail and have a great appreciation for good customer service. In spite of the small hiccup in the beginning (which I totally understand happens on occasion) of my order, after my overall experience I would definitely shop with HomeBello again. Sale, and customer, saved.
Although I waited a while for my Kansas City Royals watch Homebello kept in contact with me all the way. They were not happy with the company that they did business with and corrected the problem. I see complaints about Josh. Shockingly enough, I have one too. He was a complete jerk in an e-mail, told me I was paranoid for thinking the site was a scam. I suggested I felt that it was a scam after I ordered a product twice and was unable to actually receive it because it was constantly on a back order that was always a month in the future. May every table he ever sits at have uneven legs.
I ordered a pair of earrings from HomeBello last week. I initially had to send in a request for shipping information and didn't get a reply. I ended up finding another pair for half the price. I sent yet another request to cancel my order and got a reply from Josh saying the order had already shipped and couldn't be canceled. I said I would refuse the package and he said I needed an RMA# or they would refuse as well. So, I got the package and then requested the RMA# only to get a reply from Nikki saying that the earrings I ordered were final sale. NOWHERE on the jewelry description, or on my order confirmation, does it say these sales are final. I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. This is a very sneaky business practice to not make it clear that an item is a final sale.
I found a very nice piece of jewelry on another website for less than 1/2 the price of homebello, asked if they'd honor their deal of beating it by 5% off, after mailing her the link, she even mailed that she couldn't find it on their site, so after sending her a link to the homebello piece, she was kinda $#*!ty, saying that theirs had 2x the amount of gold. Seems like false advertising to me.
They were the best deal I came across online, so I went with them. They didn't have the item I ordered (10" anklet) in stock at the time, and suggested a 9" one and gave me the discount. Unfortunately it was too small, but I returned it, and they sent me the 10" at no additional cost. Most companies would just issue a refund, but they made it right.

I want everyone out there in cyber world to know that this company was really great, I have been ordering pieces of jewelry for my daughters wedding for the last few months, she gets married in November. I am wearing a Liz Suit in black with champagne jewelry and silk blouse, I was having a horrible time finding champagne colored pearl jewelry and after many attempt finally found a necklace, earrings and bracelet that were all the same, but no ring. Every so often I would hope on line and look, finally after about four months I found this perfect ring. When I got the ring it was in the wrong size, I was so bummed, I contact the seller and asked if they would get more, if there had been a mistake or the wrong size was sent. Accidentally, the wrong size had been sent and they had no more in my size and would not be carrying this ring again. Josh the owner I am assuming offered to send a return label to send the ring back. I was so heartbroken, I only have one daughter. He then said that he would refund half the cost of the ring if I wanted to keep it. I needed time to think and research, I found a jeweler that would resize the ring since it is stainless steal for a little more then half the cost of the ring. So, I took Josh up on his offer to refund half the price of the ring to me. Now I have my matching ring that will be sized to fit and Josh has a loyal customer for the future. Thank you HomeBello for making life just a little bit easier.

This is a wonderful resource. All my questions were promptly answered. The items I ordered were on back order. Josh kept me apprised and even offered to cancel if I wished (I did not.) To expedite matters, he had the shipment sent directly to me and it came much sooner than I anticipated, in perfect condition, and less expensive than the manufacturer's price. I am very happy to have found Homebello and look forward to doing business with them again. I'm sorry I didn't know about them before.

Ordering Franz Porcelain products online... very long story, on going for a year trying to get my products and money back, they claimed they refunded me but it never came and they just started ignoring my emails.
Don't trust them! They ripped me off over $300..

Charm described as "large". Needs more definite a description. Charm arrived and has a definite front and back (hollow on that side.) Charms don't usually have "backs". A bit overpriced, I'd say, even though "on sale." My main complaint is this annoying website where what I'm now typing is so small and SO FAINT I can barely see what I'm writing. I do lots of on-line shopping and this one is worth just 2 stars. Sorry.

I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
