I had particular questions about the dimensions of the sofa sectional that I ordered. The diagram is somewhat confusing, but Jason was able to explain it to me very well and provide examples of the differences. I was somewhat concerned about being scammed too because I've had unpleasant experiences before with trying to order online, but I have been assured that everything is aboveboard.
Jason answers all my questions in a timely manners and is very patience and courteous with his explanations.

If I could give 0 stars I would! What a scam horrible customer service, cheap products, SCAM BUYERS BEWARE! They stole 2500 from us and won't make good! Delayed our project for months amidst making us jump through hoops to send pictures, videos, etc with promises to refund 100%. We followed every request and still to day nothing! First email sent May 7th! STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER! Over priced for horrible quality!
