I got 2 bracelets for my mom and I it's engraved inside the bracelet and it has heart at the edge of the bracelet shapes like teardrop! We are obsessed with the bracelet very high quality and it was packed in nice jewelry box!

I spent $65 dollars and got what a five year old could make with walmart beads and fishing line. This should be a scam to do what they do. I want my damn money back asap or I'm calling the BBB about it. You can see how cheap the clasps are and the crappy seams and parting lines from casting. You can buy real 925 silver and turquoise for less than this. Fraud!

These items were offered on Morningsave.com and cost more than Walmart when I did an internet search of this company. I ordered a few pieces of jewelry from them. They were in cellophane packets you see at the Dollar Store. Each packet was stamped with "made in China".
I had a hard time getting through by phone to HS and just kept getting a recording that they would call me back. When I finally spoke to a man on the phone, he was rude and nasty. I was only going to return one of the 4 pair of earrings. When I asked for the return address he told me to "look on the envelope it was sent in". I also asked for a return label and he told me to "pay for it yourself"! I told him I wanted a refund and he yelled at me "you're not getting your money back".
Ha! I proved him wrong! I called Walmart and told the agent exactly what happened. Because the person at HS was so disrespectful, the Walmart agent immediately escalated the call to a supervisor. I got a full refund for all of the items and donated them to a local charity. Buyer beware. Steer clear!
