Similar story to what everyone had here. Ordered 4! Pairs of trainers. Got a confirmation email etc. Texts about my order the it is on its way. After 15days voila, my order has arrived. A nice FAKE Burberry scarf ( what a shame its not winter and it looks ugly too). Emailed them, obviously NO answer. I report the transaction to my Bank, got a refund and they will investigate the case.
STAY AWAY from this website. Disgusting people stealing money from you!
Stay away! Scam. Immediately got suspicious after placing order. E-mailed them immediately to cancel and no response. Appears to be official hoka website, but when you look closely there are a lot of red flags that I wish I had paid attention to. Reported to my Credit Card company immediately. Have to wait 5 days and file dispute.
Got my 1 dollar pair of Gucci sunglasses like everyone else. Ordered two pairs of shoes - they processed everything smoothly and then they asked for mastercard only. No TAX. Didnt even think of it at the time as a scam. They got me on their rating on google search - one of the top listings. I have emailed the company twice... nothing. No number to call anywhere. SCAM.
Literally the ONLY reason for the two stars is the support in the shoes.
I bought three pair ($480) of Hoka about seven months ago.
EVERY pair has completely disintegrated in the back heel to the point of the plastic being fully exposed and rubbing.
I do not wear them in wet conditions. I have never washed them. I don't have an abnormal stride.
Customer Service is LITERALLY non existent! They absolutely BEND OVER BACKWARDS to avoid their customers. If you try to go through chat, they redirect you until you give up. If you call, they don't answer. You CAN NOT email them!
I used to recommend Hoka. OMG! NEVER EVER again!
I got exactly what I ordered 2 days after I ordered them!
Very happy with my beautiful red and white shoes!
As soon as I placed my order I received a scam alert call from MasterCard. I ended up cancelling my credit card number. I also called customer service at the legitimate Hoka website and they are very aware of this scam site. I spent some time undoing what these fraudsters attempted to accomplish. Sad. Stay away from this scam site.
I ordered in October of 2019. I ordered 1 pair of Hokas... I should have thought twice because the price was excellent ($79.23) and they had my favorite color and size in stock! I immediately received an email about my purchase, then a tracking number. I waited patiently and then when the package arrived - it was a fake pair of Tom Ford sunglasses! When I tried emailing them back, the return email says "user not found". I reported this as fraud to my credit card and actually shut my card down to prevent any further fraud.
LESSON: if it's too good to be true, it probably is!

I bought a pair of tennis shoes in June. July I received a pair of fake Gucci sunglasses. I have been e-mailing almost everyday since with no response from anyone about my tennis shoe which they have already received payment for. These people are thieves. Tried to do a complaint through the BBB but I don't have enough info on the crooks behind this scam to even do that. Buyer BEWARE
So the HOKA rep Adriana processed a 10% "inconvenience fee" for the $#*! show I went through with my order and poor customer service experience and now another rep called saying HOKA is going to send it to collections if I don't pay the inconvenience fee that Adriana processed…? This experience is going to be plastered everywhere. HOKA threatening to send a customer to collections because of something THEY processed.
Looks like a legit website, ships from London, UK, etc. Place order and get Chinglish confirmation email followed by shipping confirmation from China. Weeks later, receive an obviously fake Canadian Goose hat instead of two pairs of Hoka trainers and they then start with the "you'll have to return them at your cost for a refund, or we can give you max refund on the item you received".
Reported to Fraud UK and bank. I'll get my money back through my credit card provider. Hopefully at some point they will track them down and close them down.
My order was apparently shipped after 72 hours. "Unfortunately Hoka creating a shipping label but did not ship the product!, still waiting!
They have disabled their e-mail contact form and message after h/r service blames the carriers/covid. Carriers seem to be delivering everything else though!
They have a problem and are thoroughly dishonest abut the situation.
My credit card company sent a notification asking me to confirm charge from "DinoDirect" for $83.54 at about same time invoice/confirm came from HokaOne eStore for $79.96. A few red flags were no tax, no shipping, only flat rate shipping offered, etc. I am disputing the charge and read these other posts--expecting a fake Gucci belt or wallet or cheap scarf in the mail from China at some point.
As Marcus C. Experienced I also ordered a pair of Hokas from the Hokaestore.com site. I immediately received an email confirming the order, which arrived about 2 weeks later in the form of a fake Gucci belt. Messages to their customer service went unanswered so I contacted my credit card company to report the scam. Great looking site and the prices were low but not too low to set off alarm bells. A well-done con. Though the belt is too small.
When I looked up Hoka Shoes their site was at the top of my search. Hokaoneone store. They had a the size I was looking for in two pairs of Hoka shoes. Once purchased I got an immediate response saying that the received my order and it would be shipped shortly. I received a tracking number which originated in China. After 5 days a small package arrived. Inside the package was a fake Gucci belt and a receipt for 4494 HKD. My cared was not billed that amount, just the amount for the shoes. No response back from them after emailing their customer service many times. I finally found one comment on the Internet from someone else that stated they had ordered shoes and got a dollar scarf. I suppose this site is new so there is not a lot about them yet
These are thieves. They have constructed a legitimate looking website and use PayPal to generate a legitimate looking transaction e-mail. The e-mail will contain the name and e-mail address of a non-existent middleman shipper. Don't waste your time trying to contact the shipper. The ibeekoo.com customer service won't respond. PayPal will file a report on your behalf, but forget getting your money back
This site is a scam! Stay Away. I and a number of my friends ordered HOKA sneakers from this scam site. After 2 weeks and a couple of notifications that my email sent to Spam(I guess they knew better than I did) I received a tiny package with a fake Bulgari necklace that I dont want and didn't order. Contacted my credit card company who told me to contact the vendor which I have done-Ha Ha Ha no answer. I guess the credit card company will give me a refund but these people need to be taken out. I feel really silly- f its too good to be true it probably is!
This site is complete fraud, I bought a pair of Hoka shoes for $79.96 from them, they sent me an email confirming my purchase but never sent the shoes, many email I sent them remains un answered.
Do not buy from them, they are not legitimate, they have built a good web sight looks legitimate but they are not. I have contacted my credit company, they are investigating so not sure at this point if I get bmy money back.
I ordered two pairs of Hoka running trainers at the end of Feb. I thought that because of the COVID 19 pandemic the delivery was delayed! Then I received a Burberry lookalike scarf from China and put 1 and 1 together - arseholes!
Going to contact bank in the morning, hopefully not too late to do anything.
Embarrassed to say that I too was taken in by the recent advertisement on Facebook advertising a 16 hr end of year sale by what looked exactly like the genuine HOKA site.
Ordering four pairs of runners was easy and the assurance of (using pretty poor English) instantly rang my bell. Too late, even not protected using MasterCard.
Recieved an oversized tshirt. Of course, this constitutes an exchange of item' following apology of incorrect item sent.
MasterCard say no way money back. Scammers get away with it. Have written to the local press and police In Foshan, Guangdong. I have the address of these people and have maintained some reciprocal contact with these irritatingly polite scammers!
Complete fraud; just felt something was wrong when I could not get shipping information; read the reviews too late! Glad my bank returned my money! I received socks(off brand Gucci)
Answer: Yep got scammed by them to. Ordered shoes got a hat. Asked for a refund. Waiting waiting waiting for a response.
Answer: Scam site. Never received the product ordered and can't get a refund since they will not respond.
Answer: Try contacting your credit card company. They may be prepared to offer assistance
Answer: Same here. Here is the response they sent me: "Dear customer, There is little problem of our website, we couldn't make update on it, we checked many times from our warehouse, there is no stock, sorry! We apply again for you, our manager infirmed that we could refund you max 50% of your order's value. Hope you can consider that. Looking forward your reply. Regards!
