Excellent speedy service, beautiful product, unfortunately neck size not identified, so adjustments will have to made by dressmaker etc. Given the price paid overall, I have this negative opinion. However the Emporium is a great company and their products unique.

Fantastic customer service! If I need additional information about an item or its availability, they are able to give me all the pertinent details. Large orders have been gathered together and sent out to us with a very quick turnaround time.

Great hat! They run slightly large. I keep my hair cut short, so if you do just the opposite, you may have no problems. Also, nice to have a product that's made in the USA. Our lives are imported!

We have purchased many items both women's and men's from Historical Emporium over the years. Any time we've contacted customer service they have been professional, helpful and knowledgeable! So rare in today's world!

I was very pleased with the knowledgeable sales person. She was helpful while not pushy. My order arrived one day ahead of schedule. At Christmas time this was a real surprise. West coast to eastern middle America and on my friends doorstep in less than 36 hours!

Excellent products. Some more costume-oriented than for those of us truly interested in classic fashions. For example, where are peak labeled frock coats since this was a formal garment prior to ascendancy of morning coat? No doubt that alternative versions co-existed.

Outstanding in every way. I purchased 6 classic canvas work vests in each color to bring a little more class to the workplace. Fellow staff and customers all have said that they look great. Plastic based fleece is out!

Order process quick and efficient. Almost immediate response to order being placed. Item arrived in 2 days, and is of excellent quality. I've many positive comments already and have a friend who has also ordered one upon seeing me wear mine.

This was my first order, so I wanted to see how well the system worked. Answer: Very well. Descriptions were good, especially about warning if sizes ran small. I'm now very obviously on an email list, but the emails are not a burden. I have already seen some very attractive items that will be future purchases!

I decided I needed some elegance that, frankly, has gone out of men's fashion. I do not wear the shirt in any 'costume' sense, but rather as an unabashed dandy, fop, beau brummel, or whatever one calls someone who prides their appearance or flatters their lover when together.

The holster was shorter than expected for my 6 1/2" barrel. Look forward to longer availability in future. 4" minimum over pants size for belt length is cutting it close, but will work. 5" would be accurate for perfect fit. Overall a great deal and certainly cheaper than others I found.

Expertly solved my original order problem correcting it and shipping replacement the same day.
Rep was very helpful courteous and efficient. So nice to speak with someone who works for the actual company and not a call center. Product quality was great. Can't go wrong, definitely recommend.

Item descriptions and sizing were refreshingly accurate. Material and workmanship are of outstanding quality. To say I am happy with my purchases is an understatement. Shipping costs to Australia was the only downside.
