This is the fourth time I've shopped with gentlemans emporium and as usual stellar service and quality.
A nice site for the style of shirts I prefer. The shirts are great "complement-gatherers" and look great on. The Flanagan wat a bit too large (I've lost about 38 pounds), but being all cotton, I ran through a couple of hot water washes and the hot setting on the dryer, and it fits like a champ now... I'll be back for more items that will replace my now too-large shirts. The lady on the phone order was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Probably not your fault, although the coat I purchased was at least 2 sizes too small, despite having spoken to one of your employees at length about sizing. (and taking measurements while on the phone...). Overall, your customer service has been excellent, and I really do intend to return for a purchase of a vest sometime soon. Please consider revising the advertisement for the cutaway coat, however. (it really was MUCH too small.)

I received my order very quickly, and am very satisfied with the look and quality of the product. I struggled a bit with my size choice, as my measurements fell right between L and XL. I chose the XL, and it's a bit roomy for me, so the sizing seems to be generous.
I placed two separate orders with Historical Emporium, and when I spoke with Customer Service concerning a question about one of the products, the representative offered to ship the orders together to save me on shipping costs. Both the blouse and the bloomers are perfect for the costumes I intended them for. Nice quality and good fit. I consider the Historic Emporium a real find and will shop here again.
I received my order in just a couple of days. That never happens here in Alaska. Usually we wait weeks or even months to get things from the lower 48. Kudus for a quick delivery! The items look even better in person that on the webpage. Great service!

Your web site is user friendly and the selection of products is awesome. The items I ordered were for an event I was attending and everything arrived in plenty of time. The only problem I had was hat size. The xl was too big and the lg was too small! Some in-between sizes would be nice.
I found the exact type of holster rig I had been looking for at westernemporium.com, but unfortunately my size was not in stock. I thought it would probably take a long time for it to be back in stock but was surprised that the very next time I checked they now had my size in stock. Bought it and received it, in very little time, and I'm very pleased with both the quality and the authenticity of how it looks.
