Extremely courteous staff! My western holster rig was too large and the rep immediately sent out the right size while I was shipping the return. Received it within 48 hours. Very pleased with the effort!

Had a typo in my delivery address and emailed customer service about it. They responded almost immediately and happily fixed the issue. Shipping was insanely fast. Received my order within a week of placing it.

Very friendly and professional on the phone. I love these pants. Sizing a little tricky due to the high waist but they are easy to adjust.

I bought a vigilante town coat. Sizing directions were correct. I purchased a garment two sizes smaller than I'm used to wearing, and the fit is good. The sleeves are a little too long, but that's a common problem with off-the-rack coats and easily fixed.

All in all, service was good, quality of the garment was as expected.

The senior ministry at the church I attend is having an old fashion Fall Festival, and we were asked to dress in clothing appropriate to that era. I purchased a long skirt, an apron, a bonnet, and a hairpiece. I am very pleased with all of them. The price was reasonable, the items were well made, and the delivery time was excellent. Ordered a double rig ( holster) for my wife. Beautiful tooling, quality, and at a great price. Shipping was beyond my belief, four(4) days and I live across the country. I purchase all my western needs from them. ( shoot SASS)

My son was overjoyed by his pocket watch, however there were no instructions included explaining how to wind it so he had to go online and look around, he's still not sure how much to wind so he does not over wind and break the watch...instructions included would be a recommendation for future customers buying this product. This said, it was as pictured and came exactly when it was supposed to with no issues!
