I had an event coming up in a week. I needed a specific pair of trousers. The pair I ordered the week prior were entirely to large. That was my fault. With a week left before my event I made a call to your customer service. The gentleman I spoke with assured me that they had the pair & size I was needing in the warehouse. He told me he would put a note on the order getting them out asap. He said I should see them Friday, possibly Thursday. They showed up on Wednesday! That was way cool! Not sure who I spoke to (Noel perhaps?) on the phone, but thank you!
