I am very satisfied with the services I received from Gentleman's Emporium. I placed a last minute order for a 4 piece suit for my son less than 2 weeks from prom. The customer service agents were very understanding and helpful. Moreover, the hat did not fit my son, and they promptly shipped a new one that arrived just in time. The fit and quality on the apparel was great too!

I needed this item very quickly and was delighted that it arrived in an amazingly quick time. The quality is impeccable, down to every detail. The sizing is very generous, so I could have used a size smaller than I thought, however the drawstring waist made adjustment easy. It is a beautiful addition to my costume and makes the skirt fall so much nicer.

I ordered online so I didn't interact with anyone directly. Just the same I was impressed by how quickly my order arrived and the high quality of the puff tie I received. It was the perfect finishing touch to my Wyatt Earp costume. 5 stars, two thumbs up...however Historical Emporium is rated it isn't high enough!

The gun belts I bought were top notch leather, very well made. The delivery time to Tennessee was 3 days. Exceptionally fast. The customer service department is exceptional, no hassles and very helpful. Overall I'm very satisfied with Historical Emporium and their products and service, and no hassle exchanges and returns. A +++ in my book.

Overall it was fairly easy to find what I was looking for. The only down-side I can see was that it was not clear an item could not be shipped to a PO Box until the next day. Called customer service and they quickly took care of updating the shipping address. The clothing came when expected.

Very nice shopping experience. It's obvious the Historical Emporium stores put care into every corner of the biz, from the website, right down to the delivery time. The ascot I purchased was beautiful and seems of high quality. I've ordered similar items recently from other vendors and it's been hit-and-miss--particularly those ship from outside the states.

UPS used the box, that my hat was in, as a step...crushed it really bad. I needed the hat for my wedding that was coming up. The folks at Gentleman's Emporium sent a new one out ASAP and took care of me 100%! Thank you for being quick to fix something that was not your fault.

Very helpful on the phone. Authentic, well-made old west clothing. Not expensive at all for the level of quality. My son wants me to dress up like a gunslinger with him. We both like to watch old westerns. The things I bought look just the part. How I look in them is a matter of opinion.

I ordered a Bib Shirt to complete my outfit for Halloween. I ride for a cattle rancher in Eastern Idaho, so chaps, boots and spurs were already available but I didn't want to wear 'just any ole shirt'. Party goers all commented on how the shirt completed the outfit. Thanks and I'm sure I'll be back.

First off you shipping of items is so fast that I was amazed. I didn't like an item I bought and customer service listened, understood, and quickly helped me get an exchange and the new items were sent out super quick also. If only more companies had your customer service!

Everyone was very helpful and I received my merchandise early or on time (which was great because I was in a rush)... only wish you had a few more ladies pieces especially suitable for a bride... very hard to find nice bridal attire in a reasonable price range like yours.

Although I think your prices are on the high side, I do believe you get what you pay for. The overall service is excellent! I had to return an item because it did not fit, and within a few days I received a refund and an email noting they had received the item and issued a refund. No questions asked. That's great service. Very satisfied with the other items I purchased and will definitely buy here again.

I've ordered a few things before, however when I saw that there were some vests in more Big and Tall sizes, I had to jump on the chance and I was very happy with the results. The items shipped quickly and arrived within a few days, everything fit perfectly! I'm always very happy to order from this site, even though there were no issues this time any time there has been a problem they're always quick with a response.
