The suit I bought was a hit at our annual Edwardian period event at our museum. It fit well, looked great on me, and is well made.
The customer service I received leaves nothing to be desired. Item was received in good time and securely packaged. The jacket, without a doubt, is of high quality. It would be somewhat on the warm side in warm weather.
There are no inside pockets nor do the two (2) lower outside pockets have positive closures, i.e., no buttons, no Velcro. Moreover, the jacket does not have the so-called "hand-warmer" pockets which seem to be standard on jackets of this type.

The inverness coat I got ended up being to small, but I was able to return it very easily and I appreciate that. Everything seemed high quality and very nice though and I'll definitely get more items in the future.

I think that the quality control could be better. The finish work on the vest was a bit disappointing.
Customer service was awesome! The vest has been discontinued, but someone took time and effort to see if the vest was actually on hand. It was and we were able to purchase the last one in the needed size. My husband loves it and will wear it to a theme wedding he is officiating.
