I ordered 4 pair of underwear. I waited quite a while and almost thought the order was lost, but then I finally got an email indicating it will ship soon. Then I got an email indicating the manufacturer was discontinuing the item and I would only get one pair. I got the last pair they made? Really? I ordered 4 pair to minimize the shipping cost and now I have to reorder. It was the correct item and I like the item but not real happy with the way it went.

I've made multiple purchases at both Herroom and Hisroom over the years and have always been happy with the experience. Selection within brands can sometimes be limited within the product line, but I don't expect retailers to be able to stock everything. Overall good selection and pricing. Never had any issues with delivery or returns. Filters on the website could be a bit better as sometimes you get results that are clearly not what you are looking for.
The first one I ordered ended up getting lost somewhere. Then had to wait the appropriate of days to start a new order.
Good quality products and items was on sale at the time of purchase
Things were out of stock so I had to wait. I appreciated the notice of the delay.
