Placing my order was easy, it was the shipping and delivery that was huge issue. I never received my order, so I paid $65 for nothing.
I reached out to hisroom, they got back to me right away. But it was 3 days later I reached out again after not hearing from anyone about my order going missing. Hisroom essentially asked me if I looked for my package(yes, of course i did). After 3 days when I reached out again, The customer service was rude and said "we will not refund or replace orders" and their reason was "we gave you the time and date of delivery". Whether I have that information or not, that does not prevent my orders from being stolen. I will not be buying anything from Hisroom now or in the future. Customer service wasn't helpful. But I didn't appreciate paying $65 for nothing.
Product had holes in the pockets of the shorts the second time I wore them

I had ordered from HisRoom in the past without issue. On my last order, however, I received a defective article. HisRoom staff were quick to tackle my issue. I will continue to use HisRoom into the future.
I just bought underwear. I didn't realize I was going to get 11 different emails demanding that I write a review, offering me other things I don't want, and reminding me how good a customer I was. You really ought to stop sending out so much crap, it makes people never want to buy anything from you ever again. Like me.

The slacks I bought were good quality and fit fine
My order was received quickly and was exactly as ordered. Very pleased with service. My only issue was that the underwear I wanted was only available in black although i ordered white last time and wanted white again. It didn't say they would be available later. I hope they offer the white again…

HEllo Alex - Our records show your order was shipped out to you the same day it was purchased. Our tracking show it was delivered to you 3 days later. You called and stated you feel the package was stolen out of your mailbox. We are sorry this happened to you. But, we simply cannot police delivery locations after the items are delivered.
