HireArt is very professional in every part of finding a future full time employer that is successful and established. Every HireArt associate that assisted me from setting up interview until now has made this the best experience ever working with hiring agency.
HireArt helped me throughout my hiring application, on boarding experience, and months into my new job. They are a great company to work with and I would highly recommend applying through them especially if you are looking for your first job or looking to gain experience in any field.
I've only been with hireart for 3 months and so far their communication skills have been on point! I actually get a person as soon as I call, which is rare. I only hope to continue to hold this good relationship with them in my current and future assignments.
The HireArt experience is extremely supportive. My interview process was lengthy, but HireArt managed each step with ease and professional communication. I recommend HireArt for job seekers and employers alike!
I was approached by a recruiter from HireArt about a position and an interview was quickly made with the hiring manager. HireArt walked me through the entire hiring process making things very smooth. I would recommend them to any of my friends!
My experience with HireArt has been pretty great so far. I had originally applied for another role and was reached out for an even better opportunity. During the interview process my recruiter Brittney was extremely attentive and well organized which left a great impression compared to what I received from Uber, Twitter & Square! Shalom, then took over to help me with getting my on-boarding items in order. Shalom was/is very professional and a solid person who checks in every now and then to see how things are going. In all, I've had a great experience with HireArt, and would highly recommend them to my friends. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.
HireArt has been incredible during my time of transitioning between careers. They are quick to respond whenever I have a question and are on top of providing any updates, feedback, notices, or simply checking in to see how I am doing. Very grateful for HireArt during a time of transition.
I echo the comments of others that the video portion of this process seems to eliminate older applicants. I work for a high tech recruiting company and wanted to see how HireArt might be different. Not at all impressed with their clunky user interface. When you're asked to answer questions you can't see them once you start filling in the application. I also went back to check the status of my app and saw the job was closed. I asked for feedback but no one ever got back to me. Not a great way to treat people.
Compared to my last contracting experience this has been very smooth. I appreciate their professionalism. Everything happens promptly and all questions are handled very quickly.
So I've created my short video answer without myself in the frame. I sat in my backyard(some visually pleasing aesthetics) and narrated.
Before that, I visited here and read a lot of poor reviews mention the videos prove the company discriminates, is biased or whatever excuse.
Who knows, maybe if I get a negative response I'll be compelled to change this to 1 star?
I think this is a unique approach. It challenges some critical thinking. It's also free so show some consideration. Good luck!
In the age where your resumes and cover letters are lost down a black whole, HireArt is a refreshing change. I really enjoyed answering the situational questions rather than writing a cover letter. It allowed me to actually showcase my skills and prove myself, rather than BS a couple paragraphs. It also got me to really think about what sort of jobs I would enjoy doing. I agree that there should be more feedback than there currently is- especially since you do spend a lot of time thinking about and writing the answers to the proposed questions. I also felt I was qualified for jobs I did not hear from. But in the end, HireArt is the reason that I worked and am working at my first two jobs out of college, and they have both been very successful! Thank you for everything, HireArt.
HireArt lets you create a profile where you can answer questions in video form, so that you can let your personality shine through instead of just being words on a piece of paper. I treated the entire process as if it was an in person interview and not just me handing in my resume. I loved that because I feel that I have a lot of qualities and accomplishments that can't fit onto a small paper. I initially applied for a position that was closed, but then HireArt reached out when it reopened to see if I was still interested. I absolutely was and was so happy that it lead to next steps instead of having to fill out another application. They already had my info on file and had reviewed my videos to make sure I was a good fit before passing it on. I am now almost 3 months in and loving my new job. It is only a 6 month contract, but a lot of the other employees that are now full time permanent employees came to the company through HireArt as well. I am excited to continue growing and recommend HireArt to all my friends looking for new jobs!
I had the most amazing experience looking for jobs here. I filled out a couple applications (videos took awhile, but it was worth it I think), and it took a few days to receive a note back saying that I had been rejected for one, but then presented to the employer for another. I heard from several members of their team after that and ended up successfully applying for a couple other jobs and I ended up landing 3 interviews. These guys are so nice and its such a great service. I highly recommend.
HireArt is a wonderful organization. From interview process to onboarding, my experience has been great. All interactions have been helpful, informative and encouraging. Highly recommended.
Pro's:
1. Excellent support: instant and thorough
2. Easy to access and use online portal
Con's:
1. Bare legal minimum benefits
2. No 401K contributions
3. No paid holidays (when company you have contract with is closed for holidays you loose pay)
4. Unused PTO zero's out at the end of year without roll over or reimbursement.
I'm having an excellent experience with HireArt. The job application interface was seamless, and I think the video interview is a smart feature - it likely cuts down on the number of in-person interviews you'd normally need to go through to secure a role. They have an excellent team, who have been friendly, supportive and responsive throughout the onboarding process. There are lots of great benefits to choose from as well. I'd highly recommend their service to job seekers and employers.
I worked with HireArt to land a job at Facebook and they've been great about communicating throughout the onboarding process and making sure I understand everything. Would highly recommend!
The team did a really great job about getting me interviewed for the company I applied for, and within two days of my interview I was starting the on boarding process for the highest salary job that I have received in my working career. They were friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks HireArt.
The hiring process, from application to the first day of work, took about 2 months. Not sure if that timeline is typical of the average Hireart experience, but I thought my timeline was unusually long. In either event, the team at Hireart is super supportive and open to helping out. They checked in with me and responded to my follow up emails in a way that made me feel welcome. In addition, I experienced much more engagement from prospective employers on Hireart's platform than I did on other sites.
Hard to know if this site is a scam or not. Everything seems au fait at first, until get to application process. Even though the idea of videointerviewing seems cutting edge. Hard to see how practical asking all these questions in such an unnatural setting can really work. They are asking a lot from people in going through the whole process on Hireart for such a limited number of jobs on the site. I would caution against using this form of job application website.
The whole process in fact can be worse than any in person interview. Really and truly is very stressful and takes hours to complete. Have no doubts about it.
I fail to see how this concept can truly work given how uncomfortable it makes the job seeker. Look at other really bad reviews of this hiring service on other sites on the internet for evidence.
Answer: They take a certain amount of time but the actual companies take longer. It took about a week to get the green check from HireArt directly after applications but to get the actual interviews from the companies took around month to two months to continue the process after.
Answer: They are legit. After you get screened with the video interviews and questions, if they feel like you're a good applicant your application will get pushed through to the employer. Then the employer will have a choice of whether or not they want to interview you to move forward. I was given a phone screen with the actual employer then on-site interviews after. If they want you after that they will extend an offer to HireArt which will then extend the offer to you. The reason why none of the avatars have a face or only one review is because people like me don't use this website but want to write something because of how awesome this company is. If you don't want to believe the reviews, that's on you.
HireArt has a rating of 3 stars from 73 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with HireArt most frequently mention interview process, great company and new job. HireArt ranks 159th among Jobs sites.
