Slow, but effective
December 2, 2018

The hiring process, from application to the first day of work, took about 2 months. Not sure if that timeline is typical of the average Hireart experience, but I thought my timeline was unusually long. In either event, the team at Hireart is super supportive and open to helping out. They checked in with me and responded to my follow up emails in a way that made me feel welcome. In addition, I experienced much more engagement from prospective employers on Hireart's platform than I did on other sites.

Hard to know if this site is a scam or not. Everything seems au fait at first, until get to application process. Even though the idea of videointerviewing seems cutting edge. Hard to see how practical asking all these questions in such an unnatural setting can really work. They are asking a lot from people in going through the whole process on Hireart for such a limited number of jobs on the site. I would caution against using this form of job application website.

The whole process in fact can be worse than any in person interview. Really and truly is very stressful and takes hours to complete. Have no doubts about it.

I fail to see how this concept can truly work given how uncomfortable it makes the job seeker. Look at other really bad reviews of this hiring service on other sites on the internet for evidence.

HireArt has done a great job at reminding me they value me for the skills I bring to their workforce. They offer support but also let me do my own thing.
I haven't needed much from them, but they are warm and proactive. I would recommend them.

For a job application site, this one is not terrible. They will require you to answer several questions via your webcam or smartphone and then the HireArt team will look through it. After a couple of weeks, you'll find out whether they rejected you outright or sent you on to the employer themselves.

The process takes longer than I feel it should. Not terrible but a bit frustrating sometimes.

Also some jobs that label themselves "entry-level" will ask for 2+ years of experience in a specific field... not really "entry-level", is it?

The smoothest and most responsive experience
November 30, 2018

I have done plenty of tech contract work, but my experience with HireArt has been remarkably smooth, and the team has been exceptionally attentive and responsive. My assignment has been an amazing experience, and the small things, like expenses and submitting my hours are easier with HireArt than with any other company I've worked with. They check in with me frequently to see how I'm adjusting, and they seem to genuinely put my success first. I would enthusiastically recommend HireArt to just about anyone looking for contract work.

I've looked at the other reviews and my experience is dramatically better. I'll admit that going through their interview process took me 35 minutes to do well. But it was worth it I got an exciting job at a growing on-line business based on a referral from HireArt. This was the 7th application I made through HireArt. I suspect that most people do not get the jobs they apply for and therefore are not happy with the service. If I did not get a job I might well not write a glowing review.

Easy & Reliable!
December 2, 2018

I have never attempted to get a job through a third party. However, working through Hireart has been great! They are super helpful and resourceful. During my first job placement, I decided it wasn't the best for me and Hireart trusted my decision, and help place me somewhere else! They even offer benefits and other perks! No regrets, this experience over the last year has been wonderful.

The application process itself was extremely long and painful. I was required to record a bunch of videos (not a typical format). Since applying to a job through them, they have reached out about a whole range of open positions (from entry level - senior level) that "they thought I'd be interested in." I can't tell if that is out of desperation or if their system does not allow them to filter for the right candidates.

Google Job
May 28, 2015

I spent a number of hours setting up to make the videos for this company for Facebook and Google positions. I was rejected for Facebook so quickly, with no feedback, that I was surprised. Next I went to Google's site and searched for the position. It wasn't there. Not sure what to think. Will wait to see what sorts of new spam arrive etc. Also HireArt says they forward the resume even if they reject it. Google specifically has a policy on their website stating that they don't accept resumes from recruiters. It was good practice but not sure whether these folks are what they appear to be.

Dont have variety of jobs but mostly entry level. Unlike real head hunters, people who work here mostly have no idea how the jobs market works and how to find a good match. I have realized the most of jobs they recommend is for entry level even though I have 5 plus years of experience. It was waste of time and effort. I ended up getting a job from a traditional head hunter. Dont waste your time.

My Experience w/ Hireart
December 2, 2018

After going through a lengthy job search, Jordan, Shalom, and everyone at Hireart helped get me back on track. First, they got me hired within a week. Then, they were proactive about sending me more contact-based work that fit my interests, and I've been hired two more times at companies I enjoy working with.
Throughout the process, they never let my applications fall through the cracks, they advocated for me during the interview process, and never kept my in the dark. I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Hireart if you're looking for work.

Why should you have to try out for a job via long essay questions and uploading video answers before they even meet you and see if they like you? Such a waste of the candidates time.

I'm sure this is great for the companies and recruiters because it makes it easy for them to quicky reject duds, but it's really arduous to waste hours of your day answering fake questions before your resume even gets to the hiring person.

Total scam.

The HireArt process takes some time (more than I would like) but they put me in the running to get me a good job that I enjoy doing. The process allowed me to show off my skills and the hiring manager knew a lot more about me when we first talked on the telephone. It's not for everyone but the process worked for me.

I was able to present my skills on-line that far surpassed anything I could do with a resume. I was also able to use that work/interview to apply to ore than one job - very efficient. I won't be back soon, as I just got hired, but I'll be recommending HireArt to all my friends.

Easy and Helpful Transition!
March 23, 2019

HireArt helped me tremendously when starting my new job. They made sure to email me and remind me of all the paperwork work that I needed to fill out, what it was for, and when it needed to be filled out by. This helped clear some brain space for me to just focus on my new job and was very very helpful to my overall experience. They also we're friendly, punctual, and flexible to my new schedule. Thanks HireArt!

From my initial application to interviewing to getting hired to getting paid - HireArt has shown excellent care for me within the process and their web-based process makes it all simple and easy. HireArt worked greatly with me in getting hired and doing what they could to ensure I was signing on to a great employment fit. Since being hired, someone from the HireArt team checks in with me and the new job every so often which I truly appreciate. I would definitely recommend HireArt to anyone looking for employment.
