I've only had to deal with a few pure scams in my 50 years. I have to tell you this is one of them. Don't throw a couple hundred dollars for a piece of junk.
~ Lunaglow Nano is a USELESS Vac/Mop that has scammed & ghosted me. I found many others with the exact same issue when looking into
One star Amazon complaints as well.
~ Lunaglow & Rocky ceases all communication after stating they'd guarantee replacement of defective product for 2 years.
~ Phone Number Listed On Website Is NO LONGER IN SERVICE
~ Emails now being REJECTED & NO LONGER A VALID ADDRESS
~No BBB Accreditation, as a matter of fact I don't even see them as a business that exists.
~Red Dot 2021 Award is an accreditation on website but I haven't found it. I could certainly be missing something as I didn't do extensive research, but it certainly didn't pop-up as 2021 winner on google search or on who Red Dot has listed.
~Four Nano's in 6 months. Yes, you read correct, I'd be on my 4th machine in 6 months if company would actually respond.
* 1st- Stopped powering on around 30 days of use. I spoke with Rocky at Lunaglow, he claims it's a fuse & asks me to send it in for replacement.
* I purchased a brand new unit from Walmart.com. Lunaglow sends me a used or refurbished as replacement of my new broken one.
* Second unit let out a huge cloud of smoke & shut itself down after 2 months of light use. I requested a refund which was denied by Rocky. His best offer is he'll send replacement units for 2 years, this isn't even as good as the extended warranty I purchased through Walmart.
* My latest unit (3rd) was utilized less than 5 times and it also let out a huge cloud of smoke & powered off.
~ Purchased 3 year extended warranty from Walmart.com, but it's truly not worth the hassle if it going to break right away. There's clearly some kind of issue in motor, but Rocky at Lunaglow told me it was a fuse.
~Many positive reviews makes this appear to be a good product, but it couldn't be further from the truth. I would have given a great review at first. Packaged well, looked nice, & worked as expected for a vac/mop. BUT, did these reviewers come back to update? I can't be the only one with this issue if I'm going on number 4 in 6 months, not to mention totally ghosted by a company with a disconnected phone number, bad email address, and doesn't respond to attempts of contact via website. Pure Insanity!
