The vacuum hose arrived with a cut in it. dustdeal.com said I should pay for return shipping, which would cost more than the product. After some back and forth over a couple of weeks, they agreed to refund the purchase price.
As has been noted by previous reviewers, you are led by their site to believe you are dealing with a company based in the Netherlands, however products are shipped from Guernsey (of all places) with the resulting risk of customs fees being added on.
Delivery took 30 days. Totally unacceptable in this day and age.
DO NOT recommend! I ordered the vacuum bag last Oct. 3 weeks after, I didn't received it. I emailed the company, Jessie Janssen who replied me to wait until Nov 22,2021. I was out of town for 2 months and just got back. None of family members received package from dust deal. Freaking disappointed! DO NOT purchase from this company!
The delivery times are unclear, and there is no parcel tracking option. The product has no delaration, or country of origin mentioned, let alone a guarantee. The VAT is mentioned in fine print, and only when your package is delivered you will find out about it, or if you decide to contact the help desk before your purchase. Who does that for a website registered to a particular country? I find this sneaky. Be prepared for a long wait and for added costs.
When I asked where my parcel is they told me that I have to wait one more week. When I asked a week later if they can send me with which delivery service the parcel was sent or tracking number they just answered to me that to be patient until the latest almost one more month.
The products are very good - good quality dust bags - the delivery was very quick.
It's a relief to have found this site because dust bags in supermarkets are of very poor quality and they keep bursting!
I think they are cheaters, bacause it is already one month I am waiting my order.
I also asked them to show me the postal shipment receipt but they did not.
They only said probably got custom problems, cause they ship from a tax free paradaise place, ok but why don't show me the shipment receipt?
Pay attention to do not waste money with them.
This company disguises itself as a good deal. But you end up waiting a long time and you have to pay custom fees. Since they use the taxfree zone Geurnsey - a small island that is not part of the EU. In my case I had to pay half the amount I paid for the whole purchase for custom fees.
I'm sure the company is a descent one.
But there is room for some big improvements. Inform where you are located.
I just got a big surprise with the parcel today. Lots of additional charges from the customs offices.
The web site seems like a genuine Norwegian website, language and prices are easliy confused with any other norwewigan webshop.
However we are due for more surprises...

Purchased a product from this company - a little wary about it since it was over the internet, purchasing from one country shipping from another.
Product arrived as advertised on a timely basis. In the end, found that the product didn't match my vacuum. Dust deal went out of the way to make sure that I was taken care of.
Highly recommend this website. Only suggestion - call or e-mail before purchasing the product to ensure that you're getting something that will work with your vacuum.
Buy nothing, i wrote several email to ask What's happen. I bought for 48 euros the 23 septembre 2020, and i receive nothing, but at least answear. I'm very angry
I've purchased a set of vacuum bags with shipping to Cluj - Romania and i received my package intact, with no problems or issues, didn't had to pay any additional customs or VAT (TVA here in Romania) fees.
What can be improved: shipping times - my package arrived after 1 and a half month but was somehow expected due to Christmas and new year holidays.

It is cheaper to buy it in your home country.
You end up paying more in tax, fees and VAT than what your item cost!

Horribel kundservice, beställer ett filter till min fläkt som inte kommer på 4 veckor, hör av mig och får 2 dagar senare 2st filter... inget passar dock och blir ombedd att skicka tillbaka filtren för att få en refund, vilket jag givetvis gör, men frakten får jag stå för själv, får endast 100kr tillbaka för frakt när frakten kostar 360kr... så det har alltså kostat mig 260kr för att dom har skickat felaktiga filter. Dessutom finns det felaktiga filtret fortfarande på deras hemsida så jag rekommenderar starkt att ni använder en annan hemsida för era fläkt-filter köp för de har ingen aning om vad de sysslar med eller nån förståelse för kundvård över huvud taget.
Vill du inte behöva betala tullavgifter för att få dina produkter bör du inte handla av detta företag. Handlade ett munstycke till dammsugaren för 197 kr. Fick betala 122 kr extra i tullavgift för att kunna få produkten. De gör reklam för att det är fri frakt och informerar inte i samband med produkten att det tillkommer tullavgifter då produkterna finns utanför EU. Fult. Det är bättre att vara ärlig och tydlig så att man som kund har ett val. De erbjöd en rabatt på nästa köp men jag kommer inte att köpa från dom igen.
