Fortunately, I have not had the service issues that other reviewers on here have mentioned.

However, I was still somewhat disappointed with the product. I got the "Supreme", which is the most powerful shower head that they make. It is sturdy and of high quality. But the water pressure it provides is actually lower than the cheap Waterpik that we were using before. It takes nearly 5 minutes to rinse shampoo out of my hair; which as you can imagine, is quite annoying. Since the Waterpik kept leaking from the head though, we decided to keep using the Supreme for now.

What I find most suspicious is that on their website, they have reviews posted. However, there is literally nowhere for you to post or submit your own review. Which leads me to believe that they don't want honest feedback available for potential customers.

I love high pressure from my shower, so i took a shot and ordered 2, a Moda and a Ultra rain style. I loved them both, but particularly the Moda, and bought another for my guest bath. Everyone loved it. So when my son needed to solved the problem of low water pressure and weak showers in his North San Diego home, i bought him 2. He loved them. I bought 4 more and have given them as gifts. Everyone loves them.

Over the last 4 years i have purchased 9 shower heads, and have never heard a single complaint from anyone who has used them.

There are NOT better shower heads on the market. Admittedly i have never dealt with their customer service. But if you know what you need, i cannot imagine being disappointed with these fine products.

I bought a handheld showerhead kit that comes with the hose and everything else I would need. I tried it and it was less pressure than the showerhead I bought at Home Depot. They want me to pay for the return. However, I feel that their false advertising is enough reason for them to be paying for my return. Don't buy from this company you're not going to get a high-pressure showerhead! I hope I have better luck on my refund than some of the peoples reviews that I read!

I've had very similar experience as previous reviewers. The hand held shower head spray was weaker than the $29.99 model from a big box store. I returned it. I got a phone call from an abusive owner and 10min later an e-mail with photos of damaged parcel, claiming that everything except the bracket was missing. Hard to imagine as I've packed the hose in double bubble wrap so it doesn't move in the mailing box. Clearly they have no intentions of refunding the money. It's a very shady business, stay away!

I liked this company's concept and their products until I had a problem with one of them. They don't respond to emails to customer support at all. And they can't be reached by phone. You can't leave a message and it just says to email them. It's been 5 weeks since I first emailed them, with no response. I followed up several times. I gave up a few weeks ago and ordered a replacement hose from them to replace the one that was leaking, and they sent me the wrong size. And I can't get their attention to address that issue. I may get the last laugh, as I have charged back the hose purchase on my credit card. We'll see if they respond to the credit card company or to PayPal any more than they did to me.

Don't be like me. Please read this and the other reviews before you spend a nickel of your hard earned money with this company. It has got to be a scam! I have never felt so shafted in all my life. I purchased a shower head (A0110) and never received a thing. The first time I "tried" to contact the company, their customer service told me to look in the bushes in case the mailman threw it there. That was the last time they responded to any of my e-mails. Like with the others, their phone number just issues e-mail addresses for customer service. I cannot believe the Better Business Bureau has not put these scammers out of business yet.

March 25,2014 I ordered a 5.5 Rain Shower Head item#ML0121. In just a couple of days the item was delivered. Unfortunately I had had a "Senior Moment" when I placed the order and instead of ordering the Finish in polished brass I indicated Oil Rubbed Bronze. I emailed the company which is in Richardson, TX and said I had to go to Dallas the following week and could I bring it to them to exchange. They replied no I had to mail it back but they would process it as SWP and send the correct item out the next day. They did and the product works wonderfully well. I would recommend this company and their products very highly.

I bought a Moda before reading the online reviews and instantly regretted thinking I'd be receiving Chinese junk or nothing at all. The next day I received a shipment tracking email estimating delivery in three days, which was accurate. The package was heavy and well packed. I was amazed of the high quality, finish & precision of the components. It came with a real roll of pipe thread tape & protective cap over the threaded end. It installed easily and zero leaks out the back that happens often with most brands. Now for the impressive part... BEST PRECISION NEEDLE LIKE WATER STREAM WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN HOME DEPOT OR LOWcES. I of course had to instantly jump in and take a shower. I will tell everyone about this Moda shower head!, I never write reviews but I had to write this! (Ignore my grout not finished yet in my picture :)

I am sad to give this company only 3 stars. I actually LOVED the shower head, and it made a drastic difference in our low water pressure situation. Also, the quality of 'the supreme' model is stellar, solid brass, very heavy. In fact, I loved it so much, I wrote in to them with my praises and actually got a response thanking me for the feedback.

However, after a year or so, the the ball & socket, which is what allows the head to adjust, became stuck in one position. I tried resolving it myself to no avail, so I contacted customer service by email, as the products are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed. I got ZERO response after three emails, and the phone number just goes to an answering machine, which is totally lame.

Despite the head getting stuck in one position, we still use it, and it still provides excellent pressure. But the customer service is non existent when it comes to resolving any type of issue.

So buy at your own risk. Do your research on which model will suit you, and you will likely love the product. But dont expect anything more than the head arriving safely to your door.
