NO ANSWER EMAIL SUPPORT, NO PHONE AT ALL

They have NO PHONE NUMBER and they do NOT read nor REPLY to: "*******@highpressureshowerheads.com" and send whatever is available WITHOUT REGARD TO YOUR CANCELLATION or CHANGE notice.
Nice product IF YOU CAN GET WHAT YOU WANTED.
LOUSY COMPANY.
WHO DOESN'T LIST A PHONE NUMBER? And WHY NOT?!
NEVER AGAIN.
I suggest you ONLY place ONE order and be prepared for a MONTH B/O!

Do not shop at highpressureshowerheads.com if you value customer service.
I recently made the mistake of purchasing an item from them. When I received notice that the item had shipped I noticed a problem with the delivery instructions. I e-mailed their support department 5 times and my request for correction was ignored. I then called the telephone number listed on their site and reached a voicemail which directed me to send e-mail to the address I had already used with NO result. Obviously a convenient circle of evasion for a company that has no interest in their customer's satisfaction. Their interests seem to be confined to collecting payment and then YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! So if you are comfortable with that kind of disservice... go ahead and waste your money! Otherwise find a better place to purchase your products! I simply felt obliged to warn others to avoid such unpleasant and perhaps even dishonest treatment.
